We love staying here. Great location, great host and big and roomy. We’ve stayed her 5 years now and it’s our favorite. Great for big families. Easy access to purgatory resort and activities
Our family of 6 prefer staying at one of the Elk Point units and this is one of the best ones available. It is nice that the owners include access to the pool/hot tub without an extra charge...that is not what we have found at other units in there area.
Loved the location. Large and incredibly comfortable condo! Perfect for skiing in and out. Beautiful area. Two Pine Siskins greeted us upon arrival and a gorgeous fox sent us on our merry way! Thank you Erin.
Overall this is a great property only thing I could complain about was that the showers were a little dirty and parking is hard if you have more than two cars the other parking options are not near by.
My family of 6 and our friends, a family of 6, had a great ski vacation at this ski in/out home. The home offered plenty of space and was very clean and comfortable. Having the ski lift just steps from the back porch was awesome. Combine that with a tiny Purgatory crowd and good snow and what could be better? We had no issues and would absolutely stay at this home again.
This was a great place for our summer family reunion, which included kids from one to fifteen. The space was amazing, the location perfect, and the amenities appreciated. Each family had their own level, plus the living room offered an area where we all could gather. The pool and village offerings were within easy walking distance. The kitchen is well-stocked with needed cooking utensil. Communication with host was immediate and quite helpful. We already hope to return another time to enjoy the beautiful views from the deck. Great place which we highly recommend for a family gathering of special memories!
This is the second time we book from Erin and have been extremely pleased with everything. The condo is the perfect size for a large gathering with enough beds for everyone and a kitchen that is stocked with common spices. Great views and access to Purgatory Resort.
I’m also a VRBO property manager for a house not too far away so I’m familiar with both sides of the coin (manager and renter). Erin and her condo definitely earned 5 stars!!
Wonderful Ski-In / Ski-Out Home with Lots of Room!
We stayed here for our first family ski trip to Purgatory. The location was absolutely amazing! You can ski right up to the back porch and walk 50-yards to the main lift. The Village for rentals, ski-lessons, etc. was very accessible as well.We enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely stay at Elk Point again. With that said, we did find that the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived wasn't up to par...we found food (pretzels and other crumbs) in multiple beds which led us to believe the sheets hadn't been properly cleaned and changed.

A few things like range had issues but a repairman fixed. One person cleaning a 5 Br took a long time on a turnover time frame . Overall the townhome was nice and comfortable and convenient to slopes - ski in ski out was the best.
This is our second stay in this group of condos. last year we stayed in condo seven which had another owner and this year we were in 12. Last year we did not have to contact the owner for anything this year. It seemed like there were a lot of small details that we had to contact about including that the garage door wasn’t programmed, concern over items that were broken when we arrived ect. The door to the porch was very difficult to lock and the door handle was broken. We were able to fix the handle and a FaceTime from the Property Manager allowed us to lock the door. The beds were great. The space was great and the location was amazing.

The Townhome was beautiful. Clean and close.
The Town home was beautiful and clean. The dishwasher does not clean dishes because of the water there. The Town home gave us the room we needed for our family reunion. It had a nice grassy area for the kids to play on in the back. The parking was tight, but Owner helped with that. We built beautiful memories here and will continue to return as we have every year. Thank you Zac to you and your family for the wonderful time that we had and sharing your home with my family. Cathy & Family

Cathy, thank you for your review and kind words about our property. We have since added a water softener to address the hard water issue typical for the region we live in. Dishwasher functions as expected or better! Hope to see you back in Colorado soon!
We visited the early part of December and had a blast. The home is just as described on the site. It is so perfect if you are skiing. The snow was not great (it was early ski) but still plenty of runs open. It truly is ski in-ski out. Some of our group did not ski. They were able to watch from the inside or out on the deck. Good area just outside to go sledding also. Erin was amazing responding and answering my many questions. The seating area in the living room was so comfy. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend. Hope to stay there again soon!
The area is absolutely beautiful. There was an issue in the beginning of getting there, but it was resolved promptly which was appreciated. Management was not at fault but handled the problem efficiently and satisfactorily. Plenty of room for our group. Would go again and recommend this venue for larger families and friends.
