Modern Luxury Chalet with 5 en-suite Bedrooms Sleeping up to 12 people. 4 bedrooms have balconies and all have magnificent views. The chalet has undefloor heating throughout and a log fire. The open plan living space consists of fully equipped kitchen leading to dining area with seating for up to 14 people and sun terrace with additional dining area. Leading from the dining area is the cosy living room equipped with log Fire TV and Wii games console. Outside is a private Hot Tub with Magnificent views of the pleney mountain. Beneath the chalet is a large secure equipment store complete with Boot warmers.

Having worked across the French Alps for a number of years I moved here permananetly in 2008. Morzine and the wider Portes du Soleil lift area is a massive area with a variety of terrain to suit everyone summer and winter.
I manage a number of properties summer and winter.

Why they chose this property

Newly built in 2008 this chalet is built from wood in the traditional alpine way and blends the old with new perfectly. The chalet boasts 5 large en-suite bedrooms and is capable of sleeping 12. Four of the bedrooms have there own balcony and 4 rooms have a full size bath in their en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs there is a large and social living, dining and kitchen space perfect for spending the evening after a hard day on the slopes. Outside is a sun terrace and hot tub with magnificent panoramic views.
