Chalet Cree is a beautiful contemporary chalet with an amazing 360 degree view of the Chamonix valley and the Mont Blanc range. It has been renovated to an extremely high standard with all modern luxuries catered for. The chalet offers six versatile bedrooms, five of which can be doubles or twins, all with en-suite bathrooms.
The facilities are first class, the lounge features satellite television & a DVD player with surround sound for those cosy evenings in front of the log fire.

The kitchen has all modern conveniences including an integrated coffee machine, induction hob and two ovens. Step out from the lounge to the terrace and enjoy the huge Jacuzzi with incredible Mont Blanc views.
Downstairs there is a sauna, a television/games room with playstation and the chalets very own bar. Following on from here you’ll find a billiard table and further still, a fully equipped gym room and separate massage room.

The chalet has a state of the art integrated music system allowing you to play the music of your choice in each different room, including the bathrooms. This luxurious contemporary chalet is located just a short five minute drive from Chamonix centre.

Absolutely miserable experience and terrible property manager

My recent stay at this short-term rental property managed by Haute Collection Chamonix was nothing short of a nightmare. The exorbitant price we paid was entirely unjustified, given the numerous issues we encountered. From the outset, the property was in a state of disrepair, with broken appliances, deferred maintenance, and terrible management. The hot tub was already broken upon our arrival, but shockingly, we were wrongly blamed for the damage and faced additional charges. Attempts to communicate with the property manager were met with frustration as we had to make multiple calls to address repairs, which were often poorly executed. The cleanliness of the property was appalling, with clear signs of neglect. The property manager's lack of responsibility and fraudulent practices, such as falsely accusing guests of damage, were deeply unsettling. I would strongly advise against staying here or engaging with this management company in any way. It was a dreadful experience marked by overpricing, a litany of issues, subpar cleanliness, and unethical behavior. I hope that others are spared from such an ordeal, and I believe this management company warrants investigation for their practices. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dear Daniel, we were very sorry to read your negative review of Chalet Cree. Haute Collection's property reviews aside from this one have been unanimously 5* due to the service levels that we provide. Our cleaning standards have also never been questioned and our housekeeping staff pride themselves on impeccable levels of service . We understand that being charged for a replacement Hot Tub cover would be upsetting but it was left in a state that rendered it no longer useable so it had to be replaced. You were also sent the invoice from the manufacturer for the cost of replacement with no additional charges from our side. Again we profusely apologise for your discontent and would happily offer you a great rate on another of our properties in the future.
