Exclusive villa surrounded by nature. A gem of a home, perfectly equipped for up to 4 people, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, separate kitchen and living room, with WIFI and parking.

The house is situated atop a hill in a protected forest area. Surrounded by countryside and with good road access, it is located just 15 minutes from Malaga city and/or airport (AGP).

The house has private and safe trails for trekking or mountain biking.

It features a large private pool, a garden area, and a terrace offering breathtaking views of the typical Mediterranean landscapes of the Andalusian coast. On particularly clear days, the nearby sea is visible. In addition, the house has a private putting green.

Las Breñas offers all the comforts of a modern home so you can enjoy its privileged location in an area with the best climate in Europe. Furthermore, it offers complete security, as it is possible to park several vehicles within the property, the access to which can be securely locked at all times.

A little piece of paradise

What a fabulous location! This idyllic villa gave us all that we hoped for - a peaceful, private holiday with everything we needed, including a large swimming pool and the most spectacular views. The lighting indoors in the evening was somewhat temperamental.

Mountaintop heaven

This was our second summer holiday here - we loved it so much last year we had to return! Peaceful, natural surroundings, sensational 360° views, enormous pool, aircon in bedrooms and total privacy makes this our best family villa stay we've experienced so far Anyone who loves nature watching would find it idyllic. It might be useful to have some towels available for pool use to save bringing these with us. Also maybe some binoculars to make the most of the views and birdwatching!

Average House in a great location

We had a nice vacation and would book this house again. The house is situated all alone on the top of a hill/small mountain (500m high). It is a four minute drive from the gate up to the house. The 360 degree view of the surrounding area is incredible (mountains, valley, Malaga, airport (no noise), a bit of sea view). It is very quiet. Hiking trails start right next to the house. Some wildlife can be seen (mountain goats, capricorn, eagles). Cleanliness was great. Cleanliness Equipment, in particular kitchenware

Tranquility at its best

The setting, the garden, the views are spectacular. It's a place with total silence, where you can relax at its maximum. The house itself, however, could use some major renovation. Paint is falling off the windows, both bathrooms are very old and worn out, the kitchen is also really outdated. The iron sliding door at the poolside is on one side very difficult to open. And the locks of the front door and gate were very difficult to open. In case of an emergency, it can take too long to get out of the house, which made me feel rather uncomfortable.

Paradise de la Torre!

The most amazing setting - totally unique! Total peace and privacy, charming characterful property, great service - everything was fantastic! Cleaning - under beds etc, better crockery and pans (we left new mugs, bowls, frying pan etc for the next guests to enjoy !)
