This is a beautiful, spacious Andalusian villa on a big plot of land with breathtaking view over the bay of Malaga and the city center. Villa Buenavista Malaga is located on the dead-end street without traffic and has a beautiful garden with lemons, figs, oranges, mandarins, palm trees, avocados etc. The property is not overlooked by neighbors. Total privacy and relaxation is guaranteed!

The property consists of big Villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus another little house with it's own entance,1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Just 3 meters from the big villa. In total there are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This is ideal if the group contains a couple with a baby - they can be separate from the rest of the group and not disturb anybody in the night.
It's also great for young couples who would like to have more privacy.

The location is unique. Set privately, surrounded by the beautiful Andalusian nature and not overlooked by neighbors, yet 5 minutes drive from the beach and sea promenade full of restaurants and nightlife at Los Alamos beach/Playamar beach Torremolinos,
10 minutes walk to the tennis court,
10 minutes to the to the Golf Club,
10 minutes to the popular shopping center of Plaza Mayor,
15 minutes drive to the city center of Malaga
and 10 minutes drive to the international airport.

We have solar panels producing electricity, lithium batteries to store the power for the dark hours, thermo-solar system to warm-up the tap and shower water, and thermo-solar system to heat up the swimming pool up to 28-29 degrees all year round.

You can enjoy the glorious views of the sea, while barbecuing in the outdoor kitchen by the pool or drive 10-15 minutes to some of the nearby attractions :
SeaLife -marine center, Aqualand water park, Selwo Marina Dolphinarium, Crocodile farm, Bioparc zoo, Butterfly park, Tivoli World attractions park, cable car with breathtaking views e.t.c. , or/and many museums and sites of Malaga, one of the oldest cities in the world. Day trips to Sevilla, Marbella and Granada are also great. There is a huge selection of great things to do!

Costa del Sol offers 300 sunny days a year on average, with summer temperatures around 20 degrees through the winter. But if you start missing the snow, just 1,5 hour drive from the villa Buenavista Malaga the national park of Sierra Nevada is located, where you can enjoy winter sports during the winter season.

I recommend to hire a car to visit all the interesting places, great restaurants and shopping. But you also can rely on Cabify, Bolt and Uber taxis- they are cheap.

We will be happy to assist you in any way to make your stay unforgettable!

For extended rental period surpassing 3 weeks, the guests will pay extra 150 euro every 2 weeks to clean the villa and change the bed linen and towels. It is obligatory.
For example if guests are staying 2 month they will be required to pay 3 times for extra cleaning and for changing towels and bed linen. We do not include this in the total rental fee, because this website adds commission on top of our prices and fees.

Very Flexible Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If a guest needs to cancel for any reason, we kindly ask for as much advance notice as possible. In most cases, when notified early, we’re able to rebook the cancelled dates with another guest.

When this happens, we are happy to offer a full refund or a travel credit voucher that can be applied toward any future stay at one of our properties.
To date, none of our guests have ever lost money — we've almost always managed to make it work for our valued guests.
