Villa Ariadne is a single-storey semi-detached house on a 500m2 plot with a private pool located near the Pechiguera Lighthouse. The house consists of:

-Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
-Bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobe.
-Family bathroom with shower.
-Living-dining room equipped with Smart TV (it has international channels)
-Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
-Covered utility room equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, clothes line, iron and ironing board.

Outside we can enjoy:
-Private pool of 7 x 3.5, minimum depth 1.25 and maximum 1.60
-Covered terrace with views of Fuerteventura; the terrace has tables and chairs, hammocks, barbecue and outdoor shower.
-Garden
-Free private parking area

NOTES:
-Free cot and high chair, available on request
-The pool heating from November to March is included in the price; between April and October the heating pool has an extra cost of € 10 per night.
-Pets are no allowed.
-No parties and / or events.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Villa agréable

Nous Avons passé un bon séjour. Villa agréable mais nous avons constaté à notre arrivé que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et pas de pression d’eau chaude. Nous avons informé la femme de ménage qui a fait le nécessaire pour faire venir un plombier et technicien pour la Clim. Mais pas résultat. Donc pas de Clim de la semaine. Cordialement. Mr Bouchard

Schöne Terrasse in ruhiger Umgebung

Gute Lage in ruhiger Wohngegend. Warmer und sauberer Pool. Terrasse mit vielen Liegestühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Sonne schon zum Frühstück ab 9.00 Uhr auf der Terrasse (November). Küche war gut ausgestattet. 2x pro Woche Putzdienst und Wäschewechsel. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen.

Toller Aufenthalt in schöner Unterkunft

Das Haus war sehr sauber, voll eingerichtet und befand sich in einem tollen Gesamtzustand. Insbesondere der großzügige Außenbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen und zum gemeinsamen Frühstück und Verweilen eingeladen. Auch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Küste und die ruhig gelegene Gegend fanden wir toll.

Mejor imposible

Increíble. Llegábamos bastante pronto y por laa normas no podríamos entrar hasta las 4 pero cuando fuimos a dejar las maletas ya estaba lista la vivienda. Una urbanización super tranquila que es lo que buacabamos. La atención con la agencia estupenda, hubo un pequeño "problemilla" con la tv en dia festivo y avisamos por la tarde y al dia siguiente estaba solucionado. Las chicas que se ocupan de la limpieza encantadoras y el.señor q hace el mantenimiento de la piscina super educado y correcto. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Lanzarote repetiremos

Tres agréable propriété

Parfait , situation calme et proche du centre de playa blanca accessible à pied en 30mn environ, serviettes changées 2 fois par semaine, drap de lit 1 fois par semaine. Très bonne literie. Petite piscine parfaite pour se détendre. Voiture garée dans la cour. Adresse à recommander .
