With FREE ELECTRIC POOL HEATING* & FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI
Located just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca and the seafront/beaches and less than 5 mins walk to the new Aldi and 10 mins walk from the Lanzarote Princess, Princesa Yaiza Hotels.
Three bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 bathrooms.
Private large electrically heated (winter Nov- March*) covered swimming pool.
High perimeter wall affording unusually high degree of privacy yet with stunning mountain views!
Huge outside barbecue, teak patio furniture and 6 x quality Sunbeds.
2 x Separate Outdoor-Sofa Areas - each with covered Pergolas - providing shade from the sun - and perfect for evening drinks Al Fresco…
Patio doors from both lounge and master bedroom to large shaded/covered veranda combined with extensive patio area.
No stairs!
Through-lounge/dining room with SMART TV (UK & RTE Stations & SKY SPORTS).
Optional air-Conditioning (newly replaced from Sept ‘23) available in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom and also available in the living room - payable by meter.
Now with TWO outdoor sofa covered seating areas - at both the Patio & the BBQ area.
Selection of books, cot, high chair and steriliser - all available at NO EXTRA COST!!
The pool is electrically heated - at no extra charge - during winter months (01 Nov-31 March inclusive). The temperature is digitally pre-set to 29 degrees - as any warmer can make swimming uncomfortable.
From April to October the pool will also average high-twenties just by using the thermal pool-cover at night.
