Luxurious holiday home in Playa Paraíso - Costa Adeje:
Ocean Garden is a luxurious residential complex in the beautiful coastal town of Playa Paraíso, on the south coast of Tenerife. The town has a beautiful sandy beach with palm trees, coves with crystal clear waters and is home to several 5-star hotel establishments, including the famous 'Hard Rock' hotel and the newly opened H10 Atlantic Sunset.

The complex, whose inauguration took place at the end of 2018, has a magnificent heated adult pool, a children's pool with a beautiful waterfall that recreates a magical atmosphere and a large outdoor area ideal for children to play outdoors.

In the area there is a playground very close, a wide variety of shops and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, the Rosa Center shopping center, etc. The beach is a few minutes walk away.

Accommodation

Magnificent 2-bedroom vacation home opened in November 2019. Spacious, modern and very well equipped to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

It has a balcony/terrace with extraordinary views of the Ocean and the bay of Costa Adeje where you can enjoy the sun, the fresh air and amazing sunrises.

The main bedroom has a large queen bed of 1.80 x 2 meters, a large wardrobe/dressing room, air conditioning and its own bathroom.

The second bedroom has two single beds of 0.90 x 2 meters, a good wardrobe and air conditioning.

There is a second full bathroom and living-dining room with a double sofa-bed of 1.40 x 2mts. With air conditioner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for day to day.

The apartment has a private parking space in a garage.

Zeer groot terras, tof voor de kinderen om buiten te spelen. Ook voldoende ruimte binnen. Groot verwarmd zwembad voor de iets oudere kinderen. Rustige locatie, alles binnen wandelafstand. Goed dat er een parkeerplaats in de garage is voorzien, de straten errond staan vol geparkeerd. Gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

La struttura è molto accogliente, l'appartamento comodo e completo . Nel bagno abbiamo trovato oltre il phon addirittura la piastra per capelli. La cucina era dotata di tutto, stoviglie, piatti e bicchieri e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno. Struttura comoda e accogliente. Il complesso inoltre ha una bellissima piscina e comodi lettini.

Gesamt sehr gepflegtes Objekt.

Die FeWo war gut eingerichtet. Das Bett in einem Schlafzimmer ist im Rahmen zu groß. Man kann nicht richtig vorbei gehen. Die Wohnungsfotos , mit Weitwinkel - Objektiv täuschen eine Größe vor, die nicht gegeben ist. Trotzdem ok. Der Pool ist Super. Alles sehr gepflegt.
