Worth a stay

Pool was closed for the first 12 days disapointing ...went to the beach as it was hot .. opened on 24th ...lovely pool when it opened...Couldnt connect to rooms wifi ....tv mostly spainish channels .but still had a lovely stay xxxxx

Ok ish for 2 people

We were left waiting outside for 2 and half hours despite the host confirming that morning our arrival time and that we could get in a bit earlier. The apartment is very basic with an un-comfortable sofa bed that was falling apart and the worlds most un-comfortable mattresses on the twin beds. We bought toppers from the local market to stave off the backache. The biggest problem was the sensor light in the bathroom which gave you a whole 15 seconds before it switched off, showering was a nightmare, who thought that was a good idea?? There was only 1 breakfast bowl and the wifi was a paid extra (this was not clear on the original listing but i notice it's been changed). The location is very good as it's in the centre of Benidorm but just far enough away from the noisy bars to be quiet. This host does seem to have a track record of keeping people waiting, looking at other reviews, with no communication, several text messages went ignored and we were given the excuse that they don't always see them, well ok then, explain the lack of answering my phone calls. We visit Benidorm every year but won't be booking with this host again.

Bonne vacances

Appartement bien dans l ensemble même si la propreté était pas nickel bien situé pour sortir le soir restaurant bar a proximité et plage également. En se qui concerne l équipements de l appartement s est plus que moyen 3 fourchettes,3 couteaux etc…,télécommande de la télé sans piles une semaine pour avoir les piles et la télécommande ne servait qu à allumé et éteindre le téléviseur impossible de changer les chaînes et le son. Pas de fer a repasser ni planche , quand à la lumière de la sdb elle est automatique et s éteint au bout de 1 mn pas pratique pour prendre un douche où se raser, Voilà à part ça nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.
