This apartment of 90 m² is located on the 4th (top) floor of a typical Lisbon building in Bairro Alto with no lift. In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

It is composed as follows:

- a living room with a comfy sofa and a TV
- two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds (a pull-out bed)
- a kitchen with everything you need to cook (stove, fridge, oven, kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle). A dining table and washer are at your disposal.
- a nice clean bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and sink

Quality towels and bed linen will be prepared. We hope you will enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Bairro Alto is a picturesque quarter dating from the 1500s, that has traditionally been the city's bohemian haunt of artists and writers. Its grid of streets is quiet during the day, but is transformed at night into one of the city's most vibrant nightlife quarters. Behind colorful and graffiti-ridden façades is a variety of traditional and international restaurants, tourist-packed Fado Houses, and a multitude of bars and alternative shops that stay open until late at night. Throughout the week, and especially on weekends, you'll find people of all ages, backgrounds, and lifestyles bar-hopping through the cobbled lanes or standing outside with a drink in hand, enjoying the city's usual mild nights.

Closest metro station is Baixa-Chiado which is 750m away from the apartment.

Note: Please keep in mind that although it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay the property is located in a noisy area.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide an additional.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
