In the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, kettle and more. In the living room you can relax and watch TV on the LCD, the living room will also have access to a comfortable balcony where you can relax and drink a glass of wine. The apartment has two bedrooms, one has a double bed while the other has two single beds.Graça is a neighborhood known for its history, hidden by its sights, as the viewpoint of Nossa Senhora Do Monte, or as the viewpoint of Sophia de Mello Breyner in the heart of Grace at the door of the building has a 28 tram stop of historiography, the best known tour of Lisbon. The less than 4 minutes walk to the metro station of the Intendente (green line), and just under 15 minutes are able to walk to the Rossio square. A few meters in the center of the District of Graça will find grocery stores and mini-markets.

2 adults and a 14 yo stayed in the apartment for 5 days and was comfortable. Some of the equipment needed updating such as ironing board, no closet in a bedroom but overall very nice apartment. Need to Keep bedroom windows open with bathroom window open for air circulation in the summer as there is no ac. Convenient to grocery store and public transportation. Host very accommodating. Would recommend apartment.

Excellent option in Lisbon.

The property was clean and comfortable, Ana was very easy to communicate with, and I was able to walk to almost everything I wanted to see. The balcony was very nice for a glass of wine at the end of the night and the two doors in the main room offered a pleasant breeze. Ana leaves a good list of sites to see and restaurants to try so you won't be short of things to do while you're there.

Great place to stay in Lisbon

This is an amazing apartment in Lisbon with plenty of space. We loved the location and the balcony. Our only issue was the lack of AC with it being so hot while we were there, but fortunately there is a fan that helped significantly, especially at night. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Lisbon.

A place to feel welcomed

Nice, quiet and well furnished apartment, tram and Metro nearby to easily and fast will take you anywhere in Lissabon. We've also had a very warm welcome from our host Ana, who gave us lots of information. All in all we enjoyed our stay and without doubt can recommend Charming Place for an exiting stay in Lissabon.
