Unit 202 - East View of Gulf of Mexico- Gold unit !

Islander Condo #202 is an East View, Gold unit but rents at the silver rate (an INSTANT 5% discount) and sleeps up to 6 people! This unit has had many new updates in 2020! Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. This unit is freshly painted with new granite and stainless steel appliances. Gather around the brand new dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area with new sleeper sofa, love seat and side chair, as well as coffee and end tables to watch the 43” TV with a DVD/ VCR combo and digital cable access. This unit has tile/hardwood flooring throughout the condo. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, and a 32” TV. The bathroom has a new updated vanity with double sinks and granite countertops. The guest bedroom has 2 new twin sized beds, and a 24” TV with a DVD player. The guest bathroom has been updated with a new vanity and countertops.

Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect except for the queen size bed. The bed was lumpy and squeezed every time you moved, very uncomfortable. Everything else was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. However, due to the bed I would not stay in this particular unit again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this unit! It was clean upon arrival. The unit was supplied with everything we needed for cooking. We loved the convenience to the stairs that we used instead of the elevators. The beds were good. Nothing really to complain about because the unit is so nice for the price. The unit was nicely decorated with beach theme. The couches were comfortable. If we stay at The Islander again I would definitely stay in this unit again! The staff was very nice! I would like to thank the owners and the staff for their hospitality!

Charming Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The only area that needs attention in this rental are the beds. They need an upgrade for sure. Rental was very clean upon arrival. Comfortable and spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 children for one week. This rental is right next to the stairs which is convenient. We had a great time and as always the Islander is amazing!

Family vacation 2022

The kids loved the pool. My husband and I loved the hot tub especially after drive all day down to the beach. We definitely will stay here in the near future!

Our rooms have always been clean and I love that we are just a few steps to the beach. It is family friendly and the Islander always has fun activities for our kids to participate in. We will definitely be back soon and I recommend anyone booking their stay with the Islander.
