The Caribbean Pearl Villa accommodates up to six guests with its versatile bedding arrangements. It features two spacious bedrooms: the master suite includes a queen bed and a separate queen futon, complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring a large garden soaking tub and a shower combo. The second guest room is equipped with a king bed, and there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room for added convenience. Relax in the living area with a wall-mounted Smart TV, or gather around the dining table that seats six—perfect for family meals and game nights.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
PLease run the garbage disposal and remove any debris before running dishwasher.
Sweep up an excessive sand you may have brought in from the beach.
Take garbage out, located in the towers entrance just before the elevators< trash room is marked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Free Beach shuttle to take you across the street, or to Harbor walk or Destin Commons for shopping. The Palms has it all!!
