Just a few steps away from the sparkling waters of the Emerald Coast, this newly remodeled beach front vacation rental is located in sunny Destin, Florida. New til and freshly painted throughout, this unit provides brand new furnishings March 2017 to include all new bedding, bath and lighting fixtures, floral arrangements, art work, and room seating. Unit 307 accommodates up to 6 people, offering a king-size bed in the master suite, twin beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room 42' TV. Available in the master suite is a new 19” LCD HD television as well as a 22” flat screen LCD HD TV in the guest room. Master bathroom has a Rustic Beach walk in shower and new tile, twin sinks. Guest bathroom Compliments the Master Bathroom with Rustic Beach Panels all new tile. Beach set up is included.

Beautiful Condo with Updated furnishings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is absolutely beautiful. It has updated furnishings. The linens were new. Our only complaint was that all the mattresses were extremely firm. Not comfortable to sleep on. Several of our guests woke up with sore backs from the mattresses.

Very Disappointed

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we put my grandson who is 8 months old in his walker, his feet were black after 30 minutes of being there. Obviously the floors were NOT cleaned. The sheets on the beds smelled like body odor! I've stayed at the Islander for over 13 years and I've never been so disappointed in the lack of cleanness.
