CONDO IS ON THE BEACH - AMAZING VIEWS!!

Renovated! Complete kitchen remodel including Quartz counter, all new Stainless steel appliances, new flooring, new HD TVs, bathroom vanity, new bedroom set & bedding.

16th floor - beach front unit! Gorgeous view of the gulf!

Pelican beach resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination. Front Desk staffed 24 hours & we use the onsite management company.

Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many family friendly restaurants: Bubba Gump Shrimp, Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, & more! Retail shops, Silver Sands Shopping Outlet mall, & Movie Theatres.

One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. Brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Fully functional kitchen, with full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Wireless internet access, television with dvd. Fully stocked with linens and towels.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

We were so happy with our stay in this condo. It was so nicely decorated, updated and, most importantly, clean!
