Good parking pleased we did not take the dogs as not a dog friendly garden not fenced in. Very comfortable beds nice decor in rooms. Some photos could do with being updated to show changes made. Brilliant welcome basket A good place for a gripp of 6. Thanks.

Hello Janet, many thanks for your review which I found somehow rather puzzling / negative ("glass half empty"?). So, could I just clarify few things with you? When you booked the property (4 month before your stay), you asked me if the property would accept 2 dogs (daughter thought about bringing her dogs) which I replied that was fine. You never inquired at all about the garden, if secured, etc, and you later told me that you wouldn't come with dogs (no reason given). If you had specifically wanted to know about the garden being secured I would have told you it wasn't. So I'm wondering why the need to say in the first line of your review that you were "pleased" that you "didn't take the dogs, as garden not enclosed" ....quite a strong statement. Why that comment, when you told me few weeks before your stay that your daughter wouldn't bring her dogs anyway ?
2nd thing, you are saying "some of the photos could do with being updated"....just wondering which ones and why that strong statement again in the review?? that could potentially being interpreted "property not as described" which is a very serious potentiel allegation for me. There are a couple of new different furniture around the house (5) and decoration (all better quality btw). a shower cubicle instead of a shower screen in bathroom....so not sure why it warrants that comment in a review?
I look forward to hearing from you
Regards
Beautiful home with a great view, friendly neighbors and locals at the nearby pub, great location
The home is incredibly beautiful: I feel it was designed by a professional interior designer.
The home offers a beautiful view of the Penrhyn Bay.
There are two pubs on the street. At the Cross Keys Inn I met great locals who are friendly, kind and funny, and I was able to listen to great music and or watch sports.
It was an easy drive to Snowdonia park, and it neighbors Llandudno, which is a beautiful town and bay. It was about a 10-15 min bus ride to Llandudno, maybe less.
I would like to go back because I had a great experience at the home and with the locals at the Cross Keys and I enjoy the nature in the area. If I go back I would probably hike more in Snowdonia, go for jogs or bike rides along the coast, and then find time for a nap before going to the pub to wind down.
Great house.
Beautiful views day and night. Well equipped. Lovely welcome hamper including treats for our dogs.
Could do with a fence in the back garden to make it secure for dogs.
