Villa Family Paradise with a swimming pool, in Kastela, is located just 15 kilometers from the city of Split and 11 km from the town of Trogir.
Villa Family Paradise offers a perfect recreational and relaxing oasis, spread over three floors: basement, ground floor and first floor, and the entire property covers an area of 1300 m2, and it is ideal accommodation for a maximum of 10 + 5 people.
From the yard through the sliding glass wall, you will enter the ground level, a spacious living room and just two steps above, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, which boasts a bar that is, in fact, an aquarium. Extending from the kitchen, you will find the dining room. To the left of the kitchen, you will find a guest toilet as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
From the living room, stairs on the right will take you to the first floor. To the right, there is a large bathroom with a washing machine. Next to the bathroom is the children's room with two single beds, each of which can also serve as two extra beds, which means that this room is ideal for 2 + 2 people. The children's room is equipped with a wardrobe and a small table with chairs for children.
To the left of this floor, you will enter a double bedroom that overlooks the central part of the house. Next to this room, there is a bathroom with a tub. Behind the third door, there is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom and a balcony with a view of the pool and courtyard.
Back to the ground floor, from the living room and to the left, we descend to the basement of the villa. In the basement, on the right side, there is a tavern, ideal for socializing. The tavern is equipped with an internal fireplace, a table and chairs and a small kitchenette. On the right side of the tavern, there is a bedroom with the Queen bed and one more bedroom with the Queen bed and 1 single bed, both bedrooms share the same bathroom with shower.
