This apartment in a typical Ligurian house is spread across several levels in the village of Costarainera, just minutes from San Lorenzo al Mare and its beaches. It can accommodate up to three people. It comprises a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a dining room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower on the upper floor, and a sea-view terrace on the top floor.
Amenities include: air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outdoor space equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrella and outdoor shower with sea view.
We are in Costarainera, facing the Gulf and immersed in an authentic Ligurian setting. San Lorenzo al Mare and the sandy beaches are approx. 8/10 minutes away by car. Public parking approx. 100 metres away. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets not allowed.
Suitable for couples looking for privacy and sea view, and for travellers who want a quiet base to discover the Riviera at a slow pace, with private outdoor spaces to enjoy from morning to evening.
It is not possible to reach the apartment by car. Parking is available nearby.
