Grazioso appartamento a 80 m dalle bellissime spiagge della città del carnevale: Viareggio.

La dimora è posta al piano terzo di un palazzo con ascensore e si compone di tre camere, 2 bagni, cucina e ampio salone con vista sul parco della Pineta adiacente. La zona è ideale non solo per raggiungere le famose spiagge del Lido di Camaiore (5 km), di Viareggio o della mondana Forte dei Marmi (13 km), ma anche per visitare Carrara con il suo marmo pregiato (40 km), la città dei scultori Pietrasanta (11 km). Gli amanti della natura e dello sport possono svagarsi tra L'antro del Corchia (29,5 km) grotta situata nel Parco delle Alpi Apuane dove i suoi 70 km di gallerie e pozzi la rendono il più importante complesso carsico d'Italia e la pista ciclabile di 20 km che unisce i paesi della Versilia. Per gli amanti dell'arte è obbligatoria una tappa a Pisa (27 km) e Lucca (28 km). Per i più piccini a 48 km la città di Collodi, patria di Pinocchio. Durante il periodo estivo da Viareggio parte il battello per visitare le Cinque Terre e dalla Pineta è possibile noleggiare biciclette. Parcheggio a pagamento. Arrivi tra le 16 e le 20.

I parcheggi vicini a casa sono tutti a pagamento, ma è possibile fare un'abbonamento settimanale da 20€ per poter parcheggiare senza problemi.
