Choose a luxury villa Silvery with a pool in Rogoznica in Dalmatia for your next holidays in Croatia and enjoy to the fullest! This modern holiday villa with a private pool is located only a couple of minutes on foot to the sea and the beautiful beach. It is designed to meet the needs of families and friends holidaying together and accommodates up to 8 guests. It has 4 bedrooms with large beds (>180cm). One bedroom is on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms are on the upper floor and they share a sun terrace.
On the ground floor, you will also find a big kitchen with all kitchen appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals. Moreover, there is a dining table and a living room with a large sofa and a Smart TV.
Large sliding windows open up to the outdoor terrace with a huge swimming pool, which is the central part of the outdoor area of the villa. The swimming pool can be heated with a surcharge of 27€ per day (01.01.-15.06, 15.09.-01.01.).Here is also a covered alfresco dining table for 8, and pm the one side you will find a summer kitchen and barbeque.
Villa Silvery has also a rooftop terrace, which includes a hot tub, sauna, and sunbeds.
Villa Silvery with a pool near Rogoznica is an ideal place for a relaxing and peaceful vacation by the sea. The villa itself is located in quiet bay Kanica. The nearest swimmable beach to the Villa Silvery is only 140 meters away. There are many pebbly and concrete beaches nearby. Also, there are several sandy beaches nearby. This area is also popular for recreational sports on water, like snorkeling, SUP paddling, diving, and sailing.
Within walking distance of the Villa Silvery, you can find several beach bars and restaurants. A more vivid ambiance can be experienced in Rogoznica, which is approximately 15 minutes by car away. In Rogoznica there are many restaurants and shops. Also, there is a big marina where you can charter a boat for a day trip. Nearby cities Trogir and Primosten are also under half an hour's drive away.

Lovely villa near the ocean!
Lovely villa near the ocean! We spent a nice week there. My husband and I always wanted to visit Croatia and we decided to do it in 2019. The villa was a good choice. My kids also liked it very much. It had privacy, what we miss in the USA. We would like to come back. The VIP Holiday Booker helped us with everything. We highly recommend it!

Great accommodation, best location!
Great accommodation with the best location! The beach is just 100 m away. My old mother didn’t have problems with walking to the beach. My wife and kids loved it! This was one great holiday. I love Croatia and have been visiting since my childhood since I’m half Croatian. I am glad my kids like it. We recommend booking through the VIP Holiday Booker agency! Darijo was professional and informative. We recommend it!

Gorgeous area, beautiful villa!
The gorgeous area, beautiful villa! We enjoyed the pool and the stunning beaches. Food in restaurants and konobas is delicious! We prefer fish so the villa manager surprised us with dinner. Darijo, the VIP agent helped us choose this villa, and was very informative. We definitely recommend it, both, the villa and the VIP Holiday Booker agency!

Great villa manager, great concierge service!
My group of friends and I decided we should book the villa, and we were very happy in the end. The villa managers enabled us to secure our bikes since we brought our bikes with us. He also served us meat barbecue for our last night there. Lucija, the concierge service in the VIP agency helped us with the transfers and villa choice. We are planning to come back to Croatia. My group recommends it!

Nice villa, great location!
Nice villa! Great location, just a minute from the beach. Villa managers helped us with lots of information about the house and neighborhood. We visited some great restaurants in Primosten, Trogir, and Split. Smiljana from the VIP booked the table for our group. My wife, friends and I were very satisfied to book this accommodation. Complete privacy in the natural environment! Croatia is simply amazing! Highly recommended!

Beautiful sea view villa, great service
Beautiful sea view villa, with a large terrace with whirlpool and sauna. I loved it! My husband preferred the beach, and my young kids the pool area. Villa was brand new and very clean, with comfortable beds. Smiljana was our concierge and we could always reach her. The real-time communication helped us to choose which villa to book. We recommend it very much!
