Had issues with the hob as it was more modern than we were used to. No instructions for the coffee maker, or how to put on the towel heater in the bathroom. You really need to remember people our age need a little more help ! The worst thing was the bed, it was the worst thing I have ever tried sleeping on, it was like trying to sleep on a bouncy castle. Finally the place was full of cobwebs, every room I was expecting Miss Haversham to step out at any time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We understand that newer appliances can sometimes be confusing, and we appreciate your feedback — we'll make sure clearer instructions for the hob, coffee maker, and towel heater are available for future guests.
We’re also truly sorry to hear the bed was uncomfortable for you. Comfort can be quite personal, but we’ll certainly take your comments into account when reviewing bedding and mattress quality.
Regarding the cobwebs, that’s absolutely not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be following up with our cleaning team to ensure this is properly addressed moving forward.
We really appreciate your honesty — feedback like yours helps us make meaningful improvements, and we hope we can offer you a much better experience in the future.
