UNIT DESCRIPTION:
Villa Andrea is 40-50 steps to the street level, from where you can reach the main square and the beaches.
From the entrance, spacious and cozy, you can access the two bedrooms and the first bathroom.
The first bedroom is large and bright and features a double bed, a tv station and a balcony with spectacular view over Positano and its magic sea. 
The second bedroom has got two twin beds and a window. 
The two bedrooms are connected from a corridor from where you can access the  bathroom. Decorated in lucid red ceramic, it features a toilet, a wash basin and a shower.
From the entrance, through a corridor, you can enter the other rooms of the villa.
The third bedroom features a double bed and a French door with access to the terrace. 
From this bedroom and the living area you will access the laundry room and the second bathroom, the yellow one. It has a toilet, a wash basin and a shower.
The livingroom is very large and cozy. It's composed by a sofa, little armchairs, a tv station, a table and chairs and French doors with access to the terrace. 
From the livingroom you can enter the characteristic kitchen, decorated in marble and ceramic, fully equipped with a oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dish washer, a dining table and other little home appliances. There's also a balcony with amazing sea view: a spectacular panorama not to be missed, especially at night, when the village and the sea are full of lights and colours creating a magic athosphere.
From the kitchen you can also enter the terrace, the jewel in the crown of Villa Andrea.
Completely furnished with a table, chairs, deckchairs, a outdoor shower and a BBQ, this is the place when you will spend the most of your time, sunbathing and relaxing. You can dine outside with Positano and its spectacular athosphere as unique background.
