Casa Elena is an apartment carefully restored and furnished with fine furniture, part of an ancient villa of the seventeenth century with the arches and columns. The spacious terraces overlooking the sea are the pride of the villa: one of these has a sea-view Jacuzzi. The location is strategic: the bus stop is just in front and the best restaurants are just a few meters away.



The property is organized on two floors.



FIRST FLOOR includes:



• Large terrace, sea view, including a table and chairs for six, deck chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower and Jacuzzi (all the year)

Please note: the pool needs about 24 hours to warm up.

• Panoramic patio, accessible from every bedroom and living room with table and benches for eating outside

• Large living room and dining area, with double sofa bed (160x190)

The UPPER FLOOR includes a loft area with two single beds (not joinable).



The house is easily accessible, located on the east side of Praiano with about 35 steps from the main road. It includes a fenced parking (for a fee) connected to the property.
