We rent the first floor of the villa for two families with sea view and pool, Guests are informed of the presence of cameras in the garden. The house is located in a private road, so despite being in the center is very quiet. By the same private road you can reach the sea, which is 250 meters, where there are beautiful bays of golden sand. Continuing east, 600 meters is the entrance of the Natural Reserve of Belice, even there the sea is accessible and you can admire the 'dunes' sand and the typical vegetation that characterize it. To the west, 500 meters is the entrance of the wonderful Archaeological Park of Selinunte,

Very nice place in Sicily

We had a very lovely vacation staying at Giuseppes nice appartment in Sicily. Everything we neded, very nice pool, perfect and quiet location near town and fine beach. Everything very clean and nice. Giuseppe is a very nice and friendly host dedicated to make your stay perfect. Our best recomandations.

Boendet överträffade alla förväntningar, inomhus var det bättre än bilderna, den rymliga poolen hade vi helt till vårt eget förfogande, och orten Marinella överträffade också förväntningarna, desdutom fanns det massor av fina städer och utflyktsmål för den som har bil. Värdskapet var helt enastående, de hjälpte oss med allt vi önskade. Hade vi kunnat ge 6/5 i betyg hade vi gett det.

Quelle gentillesse!

L'appartement était très confortable pour notre famille de quatre personnes; rien ne nous a manqué pour préparer et prendre nos repas, lire, nous rafraîchir dans la piscine, dormir. Par ailleurs, Selinunte est une petite commune balnéaire tranquille où il fait bon passer son temps... à ne rien faire, sinon musarder dans un bar au bord de la mer. Mais en fin de compte, le plus important pour nous a été la rencontre avec Giuseppina et Giovanni. Merci à eux d'avoir aussi généreusement partagé avec nous la fameuse hospitalité sicilienne: des amandes, des pâtes aux tenerumi (excellentes), du Marsala, mais aussi, des histoires, des anecdotes... Quelle gentillesse, merci encore!

A beautiful and authentic Sicilian apartment with a lovely pool that was perfect for our family

A beautiful and authentic Sicilian apartment with a lovely pool that was perfect for our family. The apartment was very clean, the pool and garden are well-maintained daily. The apartment is conveniently located to the beach in Selinunte, small supermarkets, farmers market, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The Archaeological Parc is in walking distance and another great visit. We cannot thank Giovanni and his wife enough for making us feel so welcome and for helping make our stay so wonderful. Highly recommend.

Un appartement simple mais très fonctionnel. Giovani a eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir très tardivement (retard de 6 heures sur notre vol). Marinella di Sélinunte est une petite station balnéaire calme et agréable. La villa est à deux pas du site archéologique (magnifique). Encore merci à Giovanni pour l'agréable séjour.

Pool, Strand und Tempel - wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt!

Die bisherigen Bewertungen treffen voll und ganz zu: Giovanni und seine Frau sind fantastische Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. Stock ihres Hauses, sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Man trifft sie also häufig und kann um Rat oder Hilfe bitten, wozu sie gerne bereit sind (z.B. Restaurant-Tipps, weitere Bettlaken oder Strandtücher). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, es gibt in allen Schlafzimmern Fliegengitter. Ein Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, eines zwei mit Einzelbetten, die sich aber gut zusammenschieben lassen, ausgestattet. Sie liegen auch direkt nebeneinander, so dass es gerade mit kleinen Kindern nachts kurze Wege sind. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen (Geschirr, Töpfe usw. ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt auch sehr ruhig, so dass man nachts bei offenem Fenster ungestört schlafen kann. Der Wasserdruck bei WC und Dusche ist erfreulich gut. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine in einem kleine Nebengebäude, die man kostenlos mitnutzen kann. Man hat den Pool, der jeden Tag gereinigt wird und daher sehr sauber ist, für sich allein. Er dürfte ca. 10 Meter lang sein, ca. 1,35 tief. Von einer kleinen Terrasse vor der Wohungstür kann man das Meer sehen und dort auch schön zu Abend essen oder noch ein Gläschen Wein trinken. Zum Strand, der wirklich sehr schön gepflegt und auch in der Hauptsaison vergleichsweise wenig frequentiert ist, sind es ca. 500 bis 800 m, zum Supermarkt vielleicht so 400 m, die Tempelanlage ca. 800 - 1000 m Fußweg. Alles sehr nah. Sollten wir nochmals in der Gegend sein, würden wir sofort wieder dort bleiben wollen. Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr weg (nicht zuletzt wegen Giovannis beiden süßen Katzen).

We felt like at HOME! Amazing customer care!

We rented all upstairs rooms at wonderful Villa. All rooms were super clean, quiet and have everything you need. Villa is conveniently located 5 min away from the beach and town harbor with highly recommended morning fish market. The whole stay we felt warm honest attention - Giovanni and his family was always available and extremely helpful. There was no issue at all with very late arrival. Big surprise was a welcome present that Giovanni gave us - great Sicilian wine (red and white). We were asked to feel free to take vegetables (tomatoes, onions etc) from his own supply as well as herbs from his own garden. In addition he gave us garlic to take and to plant at home. We wanted to make BBQ but didn't have necessary tools and material - his son gave us everything and helped us to make fire. His grandchildren were playing with our child and even they gave our little girl a small unforgetable present. We made a round trip around the whole Sicily and staid at 5 different places. Giovanni's place was THE BEST from all! We felt at home and experienced very warm and honest attention. Thank you, Giovanni and your family, so much for all your attention, great care and warm wonderful memory!

Séjour du 17 Juillet au 01 Août 2015 (2 adultes et 2 ados). Nous conseillons la location de Giovanni et Guiseppina, qui sont des hôtes charmants, accueillants et discrets ... Le logement est très fonctionnel, très bien agencé et d'une propreté irréprochable ... Bravo ! Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, et resterons en contact avec nos nouveaux amis siciliens !! Non ci sono parole sufficienti per spiegare l'accoglienza di Giovanni e Giuseppina. La casa è perfetta, comoda, bella, vicina al mare e con una piscina piacevolissima, ciò che fa la differenza sono Giovanni e Giuseppina. Hanno il dono innato di far sentire a casa, di essere presenti senza mai essere invadenti, di dare indicazioni preziose....grazie! Non è per niente che quando si chiede ai miei bimbi come sono state le vacanze parlano solo di voi!

Propriétaire très accueillant et chaleureux. Maison parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipée avec agréable piscine. Village très sympathique avec très bonne pizzeria et restaurant de poisson. Très bonne localisation proche de l'aéroport de Trapani, Palerme et accès aux plages et divers sites de visites archéologiques pour profiter des richesses culturelles de l'île. Nous avon passé un excellent séjour sous le soleil entre amis et je recommande le lieu.

Très agréable location

Nous avons séjourné du 17 au 24 août 2013 avec 2 adultes + 2 ados. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants,sympathiques et très serviables.La location très propre se situe à l'étage de leur maison, avec un accès indépendant.La piscine est agréable, surtout en août. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, je conseille vivement cette adresse.

Fantastique! Nous avons adore notre sejour chez Giuseppina et Giovanni, si gentils avec nous. L'appartement est tres propre et fonctionnel, la piscine nettoyee chaque jour, rien a dire, tout etait parfait. Ne pas hesiter a louer l'appartement qui est dessus de celui des proprietaires, ces derniers sont charmants et tres discrets, il n'y a pas de soucis. L'appartement est au calme, dans un petit village, avec toutes commodites. Nous retournons en Sicile pour nos prochaines vacances pour continuer notre decouverte de cette ile magnifique et accueillante! Bon sejour!
