Nice house with private pool immersed in the countryside only a few km from Menfi, area renowned for its typical food and wines. The property is on one level and has a spacious outdoor area. In the porch it is possible to eat outside and to relax even on the hottest Summer days. The comfortable external kitchen, typical in Sicily, allows to prepare meals and to look after the children when playing outside. The beautiful sandy beaches of Menfi are suitable also for families with little children (Lido Fiori and Porto Palo). 10km the Thermal baths of Montevago and at 20km the spas of Sciacca. 90 km Agrigento with its famous Valley of the Temples, 90 km Trapani (airport), 120 km Palermo. Upon payment and reservation, the house owner can organize dinner and theme nights.

wundervoller Urlaub abseits der Touristenmassen

Das Ferienhaus war ein Traum. Alles tip top und schön gepflegt. Keine Probleme mit dem Strom oder Wasser.Es liegt ca. 10 min. von der nächsten Stadt Menfi auf dem Land mitten zwischen Weizen/Oliven etc. Feldern. Fahrt ab Palermo Flughafen ca. 1.10 Std. Die ganze Gegend hier ist im Gegensatz zum Norden und Osten noch recht ruhig und nicht so ein Trubel wie z.b. in Taormina oder Cefalu. Nebenan noch ein weiteres Ferienhaus sonst nur noch eine Schafherde in der Nähe. Total idyllisch. Zum Meer knapp 10 min. Wenig internationale Touristen hier. Wer Ruhe sucht ist genau richtig. Morgens tuckern öfters die Traktoren vorbei. Der Pool ist ein Traum und der Aussengrill wurde auch öfters benutzt. In Menfi selber gibt es einige leckere Restaurants (Tipp: La Regina d Alabastro )sowie Supermärkte (wir waren im Eurospar/Coop/Crai einkaufen) und auch Sciacca und Selinunte (Empfehlung Restaurant Boomerang wenn man Fisch mag -informiert euch bei Google) sind recht nah. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Kommunikation auf Englisch mit der Tochter. Ein wundervoller Urlaub.

Geweldig naar onze zin gehad!

De woning is precies als op de foto's. Ruime slaapkamers, prima bedden, een zeer uitgeruste keuken (geen vaatwasser) en lekkere douche. Verder nog een buitendouche en toilet. Het zwembad was wat fris eind oktober maar goed genoeg om een plons in te nemen. De zee ligt op een kleine 15 minuten rijden. In Menfi op circa 10 minuten is een Eurospin die alles wel heeft wat je nodig hebt. Verder ligt de woning in een mooie omgeving net buiten Menfi in het binnenland. Mooie heuvelachtige omgeving met olijfbomen. Binnen een half uur rijden kun je uitstapjes maken (o.a. Selinunte, Sciacca ,meer) De rest is wat verder weg gelegen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse die ons alles goed uitlegde. Wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad, met super weer erbij en zouden hier zo nog een keer heen gaan.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit italienischem Flair

Sehr schönes mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr praktische Aussenküche, die wir oft genutzt haben. Ruhige Lage. Sehr netter Empfang. Francesco hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alle offene Fragen beantwortet und uns für weitere Fragen oder wenn wir was gebraucht hätten seine Nummer hinterlassen, aber wie gesagt uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub. Unser Sohn hat den Pool geliebt. Vielen Dank. Jederzeit wieder.
