Great apartment overlooking The Charco

The apartment is well equipped, finished to an excellent standard, light, bright and we found it relaxing overlooking the lagoon and you are amongst the local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charco Loft. The accommodation was perfectly equipped for a lovely stay. We enjoyed watching the world go by with the bustle of the bars below and lots of birds including a pair of paraqueets dropping by for a quick hello on the balcony.

Absolutely Perfect

From the moment we walked through the door we knew this was going to be a very special break. The apartment is beautiful and my new special place is sat on the balcony watching the world go by. So many lovely places to eat/drink. Morris was a lovely host, quick to respond to any queries. Thank you for happy memories in Lanzarote!

My new favourite place !

On arrival, we held our breath as the street entrance was fairly neutral and nothing special. However, on opening the door, which lead into a beautiful communal entrance, our expectations instantly rose. On opening the apartment door we exhaled and were blown away! The size, the decor, the view!! We fell in love with the place immediately and spent a good hour or so just settling in, checking the place out and absorbing the atmosphere and the location and view from the veranda. The owner (Morris) arrived on the first day to welcome and greet us, a warm, charming and friendly man who gave us information about the apartment and restaurant recommendations - as well as a welcome gift of one of the best bottles of red wine we have ever tasted! All rooms are spacious and tastefully done up to a high modern spec yet still maintain an ease of comfort and relaxation. The area itself is lovely, the view is ever changing and surrounded by lovely restaurants and easy walking distance to shopping areas and the port area. Of course due to location there can be noise in the evening of music and people seated outside restaurants in the streets below; this did not bother us in the slightest but it could be an issue for others, however, the veranda doors block out noise successfully. We spent a wonderful week here and 100% intend to return.

Great apartment.

The apartment is beautiful and has a magnificent view from the balcony. It is clean, well equipped and perfectly located in the Charco area of Arrecife. Morris is a great host, always available to help if required. We will return next year.

Fantastic Apartment

This apartment is new, beautiful and with amazing views of the lovely Charco area of Arrecife. We had a wonderful time here. Morris’ place is in a lively area of the city with great restaurants and cafes and shops, but the doors shut out noise if you go to bed early. The beds are super comfortable and there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen as well as a laundry room.
