De eerste indruk was prima. Bij nader rondkijken in de keuken. Het volgende aangetroffen: koekepannen waren vet en vuil, in een kookpan zat nog macaroni. De oven was vet en vuil. Veel te weinig kookpannen. Slechts een groot keukenmes aanwezig. Geen flessenopener en kurketrekker.Contact opgenomen met Donnini appartments. Binnen twee dagen waren alle voorzieningen die ontbraken aangevuld. De oven is extra schoongemaakt. De koekepannen vernieuwd. Keukenmessen en kookpannen nieuw gebracht. Voor het ongemak kregen we een voucher, die wij gelijk omgezet hebben in een twee daags langer verblijf. Van all kanten door personeel van Donnini vriendelijke en voortvarend geholpen. Geef bij advertentie wel aan dat appartement 5E te bereiken is middels 33 traptreden. Dit was voor ons geen bezwaar maar voor iemand die moeilijker ter been is het makkelijker om eenkeuze te maken voor het wel of niet huren van het appartement. Een checklijst voor wat er in de woning aanwezig zou moeten zijn was in ons geval wat makkelijker geweest bij het bekijken wat er ontbrak.
