Moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der modernen großzĂŒgigen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns die moderne große KĂŒche gefallen. Die ganze Wohnung ist neu, sauber und bestens ausgestattet - und hat einen großen Balkon. Leider hat das Tor zu der dazugehörigen Garage nicht funktioniert; aber wir haben immer problemlos einen Parkplatz draußen gefunden. Tolle Lage: alles unmittelbar in der NĂ€he und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Toller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen dort im Mai 2024 verbringen können. Angenehmes, gepflegtes und zu unserem Zeitpunkt ein ruhiges GebĂ€ude. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist von der Tiefe her so groß, dass ein Auto und FahrrĂ€der/AnhĂ€nger hintereinander Platz haben. Ansonsten gibt es draußen Parkmöglichkeiten. Bei den Bildern sind 2 Couchen abgebildet. Hier muss man wissen, dass nur eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer zur VerfĂŒgung steht. Das dritte Zimmer ist privat und verschlossen. Wer gerne Kaffee mag, muss wissen, dass es eine Senseo-Maschine ist. Bei Filterkaffee mĂŒsste entsprechendes Equipment mitgebracht werden. Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Es mĂŒsste fĂŒr jeden etwas an Sportmöglichkeiten vorhanden sein. Wir haben diese Gegend mit dem Finger auf der Landkarte gefunden und waren positiv ĂŒberrascht. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und dem Herrn, der uns empfangen hat, war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Daumen hoch. Gerne immer wieder.

Appartement idĂ©alement placĂ© (proche des commerces, plage, voie verte, ligne de bus (gratuite pendant la pĂ©riode estivale)) et trĂšs spacieux. Immeuble calme avec un super voisinage. L'appartement situĂ© au 3Ăšme Ă©tage permet de dormir toutes fenĂȘtres ouvertes mais avec la canicule nous avons dĂ» utiliser un gros ventilateur que nous avions heureusement apportĂ©. Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das Auto nebst E-Bikes konnten wir in der Tiefgarage sicher unterbringen. Von dort fĂŒhrt ein Aufzug direkt zur Wohnung. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man schön essen und es sind auch LiegestĂŒhle und ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und zeitnah jederzeit möglich. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Design & fonctionnel

Bel appartement tant au niveau design, déco que fonctionnalité. Il faudra juste prévoir des draps de 160cm de large, mais du coup de la place dans le lit qui est confortable et procure de bonnes nuits. La terrasse est plaisante et le grand garage qui ferme pratique et sécurisant.

Plongez dans le Lac d'Annecy

Non nous n'avons pas plongĂ© dans le lac mais nous nous y sommes bien immergĂ©s. Nous avions Ă  chaque fois le plaisir de rentrer dans cet appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs confortable avec beaucoup de charmes. On s'y sent comme chez soit. Le soir, nous pouvions connecter notre Google Chromecast sur la TV et suivre nos sĂ©ries 😉. On avait apportĂ© un sĂšche cheveux mais il y en avait un prĂ©sent. Petit bĂ©mol, apporter des draps de 160, tout le monde n'a pas ce format, nous avons dĂ» les emprunter Ă  des proches. Litterie sinon trĂšs confortable et un balcon spacieux. Il manque une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain. Sinon rien de bien gĂȘnant.

Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© avec accĂšs Ă  la piste cyclable juste Ă  la sortie du garage (nous avons pu ranger nos vĂ©los dans le garage fermĂ© en sous-sol). La proximitĂ© des commerces et le marchĂ© du jeudi matin sont un vĂ©ritable atout. L'immeuble a 4 ans, autant dire que l'appartement est neuf et donc trĂšs propre. Nous recommandons Ă©galement le restaurant LM Etik plus loin sur la route du port (rĂ©servation recommandĂ©e). Le troisiĂšme Ă©tage permet de dormir les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, ce qui n'est pas nĂ©gligeable quand les journĂ©es sont trĂšs chaudes. En bref : je recommande !

Super séjour - super appart - allez-y les yeux fermés !!!
