Annecy le Vieux, "Bed and Breakfast" or "Gîte de charme" a few minutes from the mountains, the lake, the old Annecy, quiet in a rural and relaxing environment.

This pretty "gîte", two independent rooms, of 40m2 approximately in an old Savoyard house of 1839 offers you a room, a US kitchen fully equipped and opened on a living room (provided with a very practical and comfortable double sofa bed). Private bathrooms with beautiful Italian shower. The accommodation overlooks a large and beautiful shaded terrace, furnished. If you wish, you can also rest in the garden.

A REAL PLUS :
To make it easier for you to get around, electric bikes are available for hire near the accommodation: €1.50 for the 1st hour, first 30 minutes free (rate 2024).
What's more, there are free buses during the summer period, making it easy to get from the accommodation to the town centre, the lakeside and the beaches.

The stay in the flat was great. The landlady was very accommodating, helped directly with any problems and made my stay in Annecy a success. The flat was clean, very modernly furnished and equipped with small presents - everything was great and worked very well. The garden and terrace are very relaxing. It is advisable to use a car as the hill is a bit steep.All in all - great time and recommended!

Be the owner was very helpful. She decorated the apartment very nicely.

Clean. Be was very helpful carrying our bags up and down the stairs. Lots of table decs could be minimized for the guests to have space for their belongings.

Beautiful property in lovely neighborhood

Was cozy and comfortable for a very rainy stay! The hosts were so kind - they offered to pick us up at the train and return us when we left a few days later. The property is aways from city center with no car, but the bus is very convenient. Annecy is beautiful but less rain would have made for better sightseeing! One other note - our first night the hosts booked us at a fabulous restaurant near their home - Le Cloquer. A very unique meal - in a very good way! Loved it!

Perfect Property for a Relaxing Stay

The property is in a quiet residential area with an outdoor terrace overlooking green fields. A sat nav was extremely useful for navigating the surrounding area but on the whole driving around Annecy and Annecy-Le-Vieux was straightforward, even more so as you began to recognise the area. Our only problem was the heatwave at the start of our holiday and although the VRBO description stated air conditioning there was none. However we bought a cheap tower fan in Carrefour and that kept us comfortable. The rooms were well finished with everything that we needed and the owner was extremely helpful in getting us settled in. Once the temperature had dropped to more comfortable 27 / 28 degrees, sitting on the terrace was very relaxing and enjoyable. There is lots to see and do in Annecy and around the Lake and we had great fortnight's stay.

Nous avons passé 10 jours vraiment très agréables à la Petite Violette, à 10 minutes en vélo du lac. Le gîte est bien équipé, aménagé avec goût et très soigné. Merci à Berengère et son mari, des propriétaires très gentils et discrets, qui nous ont donné de très bons conseils sur la région et les excursions à faire. Nous avons bien profité du calme et de la grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur le jardin et la campagne. Vraiment très chouette, je recommande vivement !

Séjour très reposant à la campagne

Sehr schönes Apartment

Wir waren gemeinsam mit unserem einjährigen Sohn in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt unter der Wohnung und war sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das große Highlight der Unterkunft ist die wunderschöne Terrasse.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit netten Aufmerksamkeiten (regionale kleine Spezialitäten) vor. Alles war sehr sauber, was sehr wichtig ist. Inserat stimmte mit der Realität überein und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, hielten trotzdem eine angemessene Distanz. Es gab Schwierigkeiten mit Internet und TV in der Wohnung, sie sorgten für Abhilfe. Mit dem Bus Nr. 4 ist man incl. Weg zur Haltestelle in ca. 20-25 Minuten in der schönen Innenstadt von Annecy. Busfahren ist günstig, im Juli und August sogar kostenlos. Einzig die Zufahrt zum Grundstück/ Parkplatz ist recht eng und das Rausfahren knifflig, wenn mehrere Autos vor dem Grundstück nah an der Ausfahrt parken. Besser mit kleinerem Auto anreisen. Der Lac d’Annecy und Umgebung sind definitiv eine Reise wert. Der Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung mit der wunderschönen Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen! Dankeschön!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und wir haben uns in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man naturnah und ruhig wohnt und unkompliziert die Innenstadt von Annecy und viele Ausflugsziele erreichen kann.

Super schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, außerhalb des Zentrums von Annecy, ist aber sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist bei schönem Wetter wie ein 2. Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. In fußläufiger Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Tante-Emma Laden, sowie mehrere sehr gute Lokale. Wir können die Wohnung besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in lila/violet Tönen. Macht ihrem Namen alle Ehren.

Gepflegte kleine Wohnung. Terrasse mit Morgensonne. Wir haben noch eine Sitzgelegenheit im Garten erhalten. Umgebungen ist sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Annecy-le-vieux ist ein beschaulicher und ruhiger Stadtteil von Annecy. Lage der Wohnung fast ländlich mit angrenzenden Wiesen. Guter Standort mit Möglichkeiten, das Stadtleben zu geniesen und schnell in die Natur zu kommen.

Super vacances

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné à la petite violette. Le logement est très agréable et notre hôte très sympathique. Quelques gentilles attentions pour notre arrivée (fruits, confiture, vin…). Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der "petite violette"

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Wir haben eine ruhige Unterkunft in Annecy gesucht, die in der Nähe vom Zentrum liegt, jedoch abseits vom Touristentrubel; in der man sich nach den vielen möglichen Aktivitäten am See und in den Bergen erholen kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Sie ist super ausgestattet und hat somit alle unsere Ansprüche genau erfüllt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Erkundung der Gegend und mögliche Aktivitäten. Da das Wetter toll war, waren wir viel unterwegs und die Wohnung daher auch für unsere Familie ausreichend groß. Wir haben die riesige Terrasse sehr genossen, auf der wir die Mahlzeiten eingenommen und abends ein Gläschen französischen Wein genossen haben. Perfekt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt am schönen Lac d'Annecy.

Un p’tit cadre de paix à 2 pas d’Annecy. Avec des propriétaires charmants et à l’écoute de notre bien-être. La situation géographique est parfaite pour sillonner vers de nombreux endroits : Suisse, Yvoire, Aix les Bains, Chamonix. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir !
