comfortable apartment- excellent location to visit Belluno & the Dolomites

The apartment is part of an historical building and has stunning features, including two fireplaces. It has all you need to spend your vacations in the area. The bedrooms are spacious, and the shower has great water pressure (sometimes a real commodity in vacation rentals). There is ample space for parking in a dedicated area and the garden is simply beautiful. Children and adult alike ca enjoy the lawn and dining al fresco under a pergola of honeysuckles. The owners are great: accommodating, available, and super friendly. The greatest feature, however, is the location. You can go out of the door and enjoy beautiful walks and hikes. An hour drive to Venice and to Cortina, a beautiful resort town in the Dolomites

Prima locatie

De woning is deel van een uniek landhuis die al vele generaties van de familie eigenaar heeft gezien. De begane grond verdieping is in het geheel beschikbaar als woning en bevat een ruime kuiken, woonkamer, badkamer en 3 slaapkamers. Buiten kan aan de voorkant en een zijkant van het huis worden gegeten/gerelaxt . Zo wordt toch voldoende privacy gewaarborgd. De eigenaar is zeer hulpvaardig en altijd beschikbaar voor advies. Een aanrader voor wie wel dichtbij maar niet in de drukke Dolomieten wil verblijven.
