Pet-friendly and equipped with WiFi, it’s the perfect base for families or friends exploring the Dolomites and Lake Santa Croce region. The ground floor features a welcoming entrance, a large kitchen with fireplace, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and more, ideal for cooking shared meals. The cozy living/dining room includes a TV and a comfortable seating area, with an additional dining room for larger gatherings. On the first floor, you’ll find three restful bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single), two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a lovely hall with seating and access to a balcony or terrace. A washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board add to the convenience. Enjoy the outdoor space with a private garden, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue. A camping cot and high chair are available for families with young children, and on-site parking makes arrival easy. Located just 20 meters from the center, with restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop nearby, you’re also within easy reach of ski slopes, hiking trails, and Lake Santa Croce. A perfect all-season getaway in the Veneto Alps! A utilities & service fee of EUR 120,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
