This premium 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor condo is in one of the best locations in the resort community of Bella Piazza. You can walk out your back door to the pool and clubhouse without stairs or elevators. Easy access for loading and unloading.

Features include brand new furnishings and linens with fully-equipped kitchen. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms with tile and wood floors. The kitchen has a bar that seats 2 and the dining table seats 4. Living room has a new sectional sofa and large 50” flat screen smart TV. Master bedroom has a king size bed, new 42” flat screen smart TV, large soaking tub, shower, and double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom next to it. Leading out from the living room and master bedroom is a covered patio with wicker seating and coffee table to relax and enjoy the view. Private Washer/dryer in unit, and Free Wi-Fi and cable also included.

Bella Piazza is a luxury resort community with 2 large pools, kiddie pool, clubhouse and fitness center.

Please note we have an A/C lock that can't be turned below 70 degrees. Strictly enforced no smoking and no pets. 4 guest maximum.

My wife and I have been renting condo units at Bella Piazza for many years now. I have to say without a doubt thatthis stay was one of our absolute best due to the phenomenal communication we had from Tim and Anne. Not only did they answer any question we had almost immediately, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one for us including purchasing 2 different items from Amazon that we thought would be included with their unit. One arrived the same evening and the other, the very next day. Their unit is well maintained and was very clean. Also, it is literally just steps away from the pool that we enjoyed almost every day. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks again for going out of your way Tim and Anne to make our vacation more enjoyable.

On a Whim

The condo was nice, clean, as described, and comfortably away from our daytime activities. It was a hot week, so two or three dips in the pool was refreshing.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This place is EXACTLY like the description and pics. Luxurious. Nice finishes. Evetything you need. Huge bathroom with soaking tub. About 30 minutes to Disney in average traffic. Close shopping nearby. Only downside is pool closes really early, so no swimming after a long day.

We got to the property at 11:30pm and the manager helped us identify where it was. We went out to eat and when we were ready to settle for the night, around 2:30am, we noticed the linen on the beds was dirty. The white linen had hair and fuzz on it. The covers and pillows smelt of sweat and had stains on them. I sent a text to the manager and an email to the owner. Manager showed up at 9am, and stated that he had his family from England there and he did not wash the covers. I showed him the dirty pillow cases and sheets and he continued to say they were washed. Owner wrote to me and asked if I wanted items rewashed which I agreed to. I have no problem with Walmart products, but if you chose to buy them, you need to be ready to replace often. The white linen was discolored and smelt. Information on where to get pool key was inaccurate and when I requested about it's whereabouts, I was told I would be assessed a $50 fee to replace it. Owner finally wrote to let us know the new location of the key. Handbook states we have to wash towels and dry them and wash linen prior to leaving, which we did. The problem might have been the previous guests didn't wash anything and it was left for us to use as the manager Chris stated it is very difficult getting cleaning people down there. Very nice place, poorly kept and managed. Owner stated she had purchased new linen. I hope the next guests have a better experience.

Quiet, relaxing stay

I was pleased with this spacious unit that was steps away from the pool (which we never used, but it looked nice, never looked crowded). Check-in, parking, and entering property was super clear and easy. There was always close parking available. The unit was exactly like pictured and detailed in the listing. The owners were really quick to answer respond to my questions on the first day. Davenport is a small town. Right next to the complex was a large grocery store and some good restaurants! There was always traffic, but to be expected as it was summer. We found it took twice as long getting to places of interest. There were a couple of hiccups… first, there were only bath and beach towels, no kitchen, face towels or washcloths. However, the owners quickly responded and had someone drop more off. Also, the dryer had a hard time staying shut when we put jeans in to dry. But it worked fine with all other laundry. These are things to just be aware of and it could be because of the covid restrictions… Supplies were very limited. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (no spare), no tissue, only enough dishwasher detergent and washing machine detergent for one load, just one-half roll of paper towel, no spices or paper goods. The silverware barely had enough for 4 place settings. Because we stayed for 8 nights, we had to buy these items, which cost about $20, not really a big deal, but be aware that you’ll need to shop for these basics (I was just used to having all these items in the other AirB&B or VRBO rentals I’ve stayed in.)

Home away from home

This was my first (somewhat) post-pandemic (and cancer treatment) getaway. Took mom and 18 year old son to visit a niece studying in Tampa. It was strange when it looked like we were staying behind a strip mall (albeit an immaculate one), but once on property, you would never know how close it was until you needed a morning coffee or groceries. First floor location with private outdoor space overlooking the pool, comfortable and large bedrooms, fabulous bathrooms. The kitchen was clean and fabulous. Everything you could possibly need was provided. When we went to head to Disney, it was 20 minutes away. Everything was perfect. I hope to return ASAP :)

The owners were very quick to answer questions I had before I even booked the property! Once I arrived I had some issues and wasn’t sure who to talk to so I reached out to owners again and they were helpful! Check in was super easy and great location (near the pool!) My only issue was with cleanliness of a few items (which was never resolved) but that was no fault of the owner as they pay a company to clean Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Work Trip

First off, this place was more than a 5 ⭐️. Very inviting and clean. Check inn was easy. It was great being on the first floor which made pool and car access easy. I wish I owned it...that’s how much I liked it. If I ever work in the Disney area again this will be the first place on my list to see if it’s available! 👍👍. Plus my commute to Epcot was only 20min.

Pros- The home looked exactly as it did in the pictures and the pool was close. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty room for our family of five. Cons- There was no lazy river or slides as shown in the pics. Had I known I would not have booked because I had to spend money to do these things. Also, mgmnt. was not available when we really needed them. Lastly, check out at 10am is waaay to early.
