Beautiful new cabin nestled in the heart of Big Bear Lake. Complete with a brand new HOT TUB and new GAME ROOM, our home is a short walk to Bear Mountain, golf course, and just minutes to Big Bear Lake and marinas, newly renovated Big Bear Zoo, Snow Summit, Big Bear Village, restaurants, hiking, biking, shopping and all the mountain has to offer. Built in 2016, this rustic yet modern cabin boasts brand new appliances and all the comforts of home. Features include: HOT TUB, GAME ROOM, wood burning fireplace, gas BBQ, high speed WIFI, smart TV, washer/dryer, fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Beautifully furnished, Ideal for families or groups.
Beautiful brand new two-story home. The kitchen and living area are on the first level, as well as the master suite - complete with jacuzzi tub and private entry. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs.
Garage converted into a carpeted game room complete with a ping pong table! Assorted games, puzzles and DVDs available. 2 flat screen TV and DVD players with Netflix/Amazon/Hulu/streaming accessibility. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, all kitchenware and linens provided.
Backyard has a hot tub gazebo and a gas grill, beautiful in spring and summer! In the winter, guests and children enjoy playing in the snow in the fully fenced back yard.
There is a cafe, deli, coffee shop, donut bakery, and slope shuttle within walking distance. The new Big Bear Zoo is only a couple blocks away! Shopping, restaurants, grocery store and more are all within a five-minute drive.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with our cabin the moment we walked through the front door. It was brand new and absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, it was spacious and just the right size for us.
We spent months decorating, converting the garage into a game room with a ping pong table, and installed a hot tub in the backyard. It is our happy place away from the hustle and bustle yet still close to all the Big Bear attractions: the slopes, the zoo, shopping and dining.

What makes this property unique
The HOT TUB and GAME ROOM are a definite plus for us. It makes our home a common gathering spot for friends and family for game nights and holidays. We love playing ping pong or all nestling in the big family room for a movie night.
