Just about 200 meters from one of Denmark’s most beautiful beaches near Hals, you will find this exceptionally well-maintained holiday home. The house features a modern kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, an additional bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a large annex with a double bed, plus a toilet and a sink with cold water. The holiday home is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space in the living area for both dining and relaxation. It is equipped with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove for comfort in all seasons. From the living room, there is direct access to a large south- and west-facing terrace, partially screened by a wooden fence for privacy. The large lawn in front of the house is perfect for ball games and outdoor activities. An EV charging station is installed on the fence in front of the house. To use it, download the Monta EV charging app, link your credit card, scan the QR code provided inside the house, and pay via the app. The charger is compatible with all car types. Please note that the property is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
