About this property

Villa Canela is a homely 2 bedroom property - great for couples or small families. The covered terrace overlooking the private pool below is the perfect place for alfresco dining or relaxing in the shade. Within 5 minutes' drive, you'll also have the Blue Flag beach of Granadella. The popular Arenal Promenade is a little further away with a fabulous sandy beach plus plenty of amenities. With air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge.
The private pool is surrounded with sun loungers where you can make the most of the Spanish sun. There's a raised, covered terrace to one side with a table and chair for dining alfresco.
The pool is set into a terrace with sun loungers to one side, perfect for relaxing with a cool drink or book.

The bright and comfortable lounge/dining area has a table and chairs to one end with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV to the other. Patio doors open onto the covered dining terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent, which also has access to the utility room where there's a door out to the side of the villa.

Heerlijk vakantieverblijf

De woning is zoals op de foto's, prima. Heerlijk zwembad (8×4), goede keuken, badkamers zijn voldoende, de WiFi is prima in de woonkamer, op het terras en bij het zwembad. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het centrum van Javea is 5 minuten met de auto. Enige is dat wij er 14 dagen zaten en geen schone handdoeken oid kregen. Er zit een wasmachine in het huis maar ja, die wil je zo weinig mogelijk gebruiken natuurlijk. Het is wel vakantie. Wij hebben ons heerlijk vermaakt.

Winter Stay 2022

The property is as described and located in a quiet residential area and is surrounded by vacation villas that were empty during our stay. Slight downside is that the internet is poor and the WiFi signal is low strength so doesn't reach all of the property. The satellite TV has few English speaking channels that are news based only which is problematic for those long stays. We would highly recommend the owner investing in cable system for TV/internet as it is readily available in this location. Overall we had a great stay, the agent resolved minor problems such as the oven not working properly quickly replacing it with a new item. The aircon heating system was quite effective and sufficient for a Winter stay.

Casa espaciosa y sobre todo la piscina. Privacidad y tranquilidad de la zona Equipamiento. Vitrocerámica muy lenta. E internet por fibra, necesario dado q la cobertura de móvil es pobre

Llevo ya unos años alquilando estás villas y siempre salgo contento por lo que seguiremos confiando en BTB El wifi este año mejor que el año pasado pero todavía le falta un poco para asemejarse a lo que tenemos en nuestra casa
