The house has been completely renovated and newly furnished, completion January 2021.

The villa is fully furnished for 6 persons equipped with internet and Astra and terrestrial TV and air in sitting room and bedrooms.
The 3 bedrooms (ach with air) have double beds and flat screen televisions, the 2 bathrooms are modernly furnished and flooded with light. The largest en-suite bathroom is in the master bedroom.
Behind the house is a large sun terrace with the 9 x 4,5 meter private pool (and outdoor shower).
From the terrace you have a side view of the sea.To complete the holiday atmosphere and to enjoy the Mediterranean ambience there is an outdoor kitchen and dining area next to the house for outdoor cooking and eating.

In front of the house there is a parking space for 2 cars.
The well-known supermarket Pepe la Sal is about 700 metres away, all other shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The next bathing possibility in the bay of Baladrar is reachable in 3 to 4 minutes on foot, in the evening you can finish the day comfortably on the beach of Baladrar in the bar Chiringuito directly at the water.
