This beautifully appointed, new apartment is located in the village of Muo, a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the World Heritage listed, medieval, walled town of Kotor with its variety of cafes, restaurants, museums and shops. The property has 2 balconies overlooking the bay, air conditioning, satellite TV, fully integrated kitchen with top of the range appliances including a dishwasher a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes plus an allocated space in the private car park. A utility room houses the washing machine. The apartment is ideal for lazy days relaxing by the pool ( open May to October) or as a base for an activity packed holiday. The village of Muo lies on the Bay of Kotor overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor. The town combines old with new with cathedrals dating back to the 12th century next to modern boutiques. The marina is situated at the entrance to Kotor which is dominated by the Fort built high above the town. Climb to the top and you will be rewarded with magnificent views of the fjord and beyond.

Just a beautifully appointed and comfortable apartment close enough to Kotor to walk in but far enough away to be peaceful. The view from the balcony was magical and it soon became a habit to nip down to the waters edge for a swim. Very comfortable and so reasonably priced. Perfect stay

I make sure that all of the appliances and towels and linens are good quality and replace anything that shows signs of wear and tear so that guests feel that the apartment is a home from home when they stay so it was great that you mentioned the fittings as it is difficult to explain this feature on the web site. It is almost impossible to capture the views either!! It was a pleasure having you to stay and I hope that you enjoy the rest of your travels in the country and that you will come back again.

Such a lovely stay at this propertyMy favourite was the balcony with the most wonderful views. The property was well equipped and the air con was much appreciated. I thoroughly recommend this apartment and Kotor as a holiday venue.

Apartment was in a great location, everything is within easy reach. Views from the balcony were amazing anytime of the day or night. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Annie is a great host, messaging us to ask if there was anything we needed. It was great to cool off in the pool and we made full use of the air con'. Thank you Annie we hope to return.

Everything about the apartment was perfect! Very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities including a dedicated parking space and of course not forgetting the amazing views of Kotor Old Town from the balcony, it had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect, approx 10mins walk to the local shop and bakery, 20mins walk to the Old Town. Annie was the perfect host, her communication was excellent passing on important and relevant information. She was always very quick to respond to our questions as first time visitors to Montenegro. I would highly recommend Annie’s apartment, it certainly ticked every box. Thank you Annie!

We had a wonderful stay at Annie and Guy's apartment in the Myo sector of Kotor (a 20 minute walk from old city). The location was quiet, comfortable with a magnificent view . The apartment was well equipped for our stay and very clean. The owners always responded very quickly and we're very proactive. We highly recommend this apartment in Kotor.

If you want to be away from the crowds and cruise ships of Kotor, this is an excellent 20-minute walk option to Kotor Old Town. The apartment is spacious with an incredible balcony overlooking Kotor Bay which was ideal for breakfast and watching Kotor and Lovcen twinkle at night.The only drawback is no air con in the bedroom, but only in the living space. We knew this renting the place, but given the extreme heat, it took about 36 hours for the bedroom to get to a comfortable temperature with a fan circulating. The washing machine was an added bonus.Communication with Annie was quick, simple and efficient and the map links provided made finding the place easy.

We enjoyed the spectacular day and night views from this well appointed apartment. We found communicating with Annie easy both prior to and during our stay and we appreciated her prompt replies to our queries. We did find the mattress quite hard but the apartment was very comfortable in all other aspects.

Great Views

This was a beautiful place to stay. Sitting out on the patio looking across the bay at Kotor was awesome. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare a few meals when we were tired from touring around. Host made everything easy.

Fantastic apartment in wonderful location

Excellent accommodation.

From booking to arriving at the accommodation communication was excellent, emails were replied to very quickly. On arrival the apartment was spotless, very well equipped and comfortable. Location is excellent with fantastic views across the bay. Swimming pool had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Very quiet location.
