Studio apartment with one double bed and one sofa, perfect for three persons. The apartment contains a toilet, air conditioning, TV and free internet! Secured parking in front of the house.The apartment provides a unique warmth space that is woven combination of furniture made of wood and stone, which will stay home done is more pleasant and unforgettable! Guests will also be able to enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and the sea!
Within the building, guests can use the garden in front of the house for sitting and sipping coffee as well as a private pier with all the extra inventory! Parking provided within the price.
Guests enjoy free internet and satellite TV, apartment has air conditioning! Also, guests can use the private beach with all the extras such as umbrellas, deck chairs and shower with hot water!
Place exudes peace and a unique opportunity for a quality vacation! A walk along the sea and enjoy an unforgettable sunset makes the stay in this small luxury in divine!
Near, exactly on 30m of there is a market place and bus station! There is also near the apartement a street parking but for our guestes there is private parking in front of the house and it is included in the price.
We also made more pleasent stying in our place,for our guests,exactly we offer a boat trips,which will take you to the most beautiful pearls of Boka Bay,such as islands St.George and Lady of Škrpjel,placed in front of the old town Perast,also known for its monuments like musem and old palaces.
And for those who are adventurous at heart and want to try something different, we offer a rent a kayak for an exciting experience of the environment by the sea!

I had a pleasant stay in a nice well furnished flat and Tijana was a helpful host. It would be a nice setting for a couple or friends looking to be on the edges of the touristy Kotor and as a base to travel. The undoubted highlight is the beautiful bay setting where a daily swim is precious. Bring your rain jacket!

Good spot in Dobrota, only minor snags

Dobrota was not as close to Kotor as we would have liked. Not exactly safe to walk from this place into town (on the highway) for 20 minutes, but driving was okay. We lost power each day, but only for an hour. They also had someone working on metals (welding or something) for hours each day. Otherwise, no issues, and great spot for a few days. The host was fantastic and very communicative. It’s basically a family villa. We enjoyed the place and it was clean and comfortable for the duration of our stay. Would recommend to a friend, but would also probably choose to stay in Kotor or Budva (closer to the town centers) if we did it over again.

Wunderschöne 4 Tage an einem traumhaften Ort. Anfangs nicht ganz einfach zu finden, am besten vorher kurz den Standort schicken lassen. Sobald man aber da ist, ist alles wunderbar. Die Familie ist sehr nett und der private Steg wirklich atemberaubend schön. Auch die Umgebung bringt viel Freude mit vielen schönen Orten zum erkunden.

perfect short break

This property is excellent. Situated on the beautiful coastline just outside of Kotor it provides a perfect base to explore or to simply lie back & relax. The apartment is clean and has everything you could need & the host is wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was booking taxis or advising on places to eat. The blue line bus stops just outside providing easy access to Kotor and Perast and there is a small supermarket within touching distance. We will certainly be back

Ljuta is a lovely part of Kotor. Very pretty and perfect for a relaxing break. Tijana and her family were very welcoming and the apartment is beautifully modern and clean. We couldn’t have picked a better location
