This bright apartment, furnished with classy furniture, warm colors of wood and exposed beams will frame your wonderful holiday in Venice.
You will be just few steps from St. Mark's Square and Calle Frezzerie, the luxury shopping area. At 350m you can admire the particular Contarini del Bovolo staircase and with a few more steps you will arrive at the majestic Rialto Bridge. In the area there are also many vaporetto stops that will take you to the Santa Lucia train station, Marco Polo airport and Piazzale Roma, as well as to the other islands of the lagoon.
Located on the second floor of a typical Venetian palace, the accommodation can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and consists of large living room with sofa bed, separate and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
For the comfort of our guests we provide wi-fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, hairdryer, washing machine and TV.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.

Lovely flat in great location

Just around the corner from what we wanted to see, and easy to walk to other parts of the city to get away from the crowds. Very quiet inside, which was great. The apartment was quite beautiful and well kept.
