Great time in Rome

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The location is great and central to many sightseeing locations. The terrace was a major plus and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome apartment and terrace. Very well appointed for the actual size. Charming winding staircase leading to the unit. Surprisingly pleasant views from rooftop. Michela was very nice and helpful. Fantastic location. Cafe below has great coffee and food.

Perfect apartment

Very clean apartment. The terrasse is excellent and charming. The bed is fine and the location outstanding. Very kind proporty manager. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, e.g. wine glasses and knives.

Ok but could use maintenance

The place could use some maintenance (one of the shower panels had broken glass and broken toilet seat cover). The unit is fine and the rooftop terrace is nice. Not much of a kitchen/dining area but that was not a concern of mine. Good location.

Great location and mostly nice apartment

Unfortunately we did not have water for a whole chunk of one day during our stay, which we we understand wasn’t the property manager fault. But because of this the toilet stopped working so we didn’t have a working toilet for an entire day and night if our stay. Someone tried to come and help us which we appreciated but found it frustrating that there was no other solution offered to us and I had to message several times to get in touch with the property managers. Great location and apartment but this issue really out a damper on the stay.

Bien situé mais aurait besoin d’entretien…

Bel appartement typique très bien situé avec plusieurs services à proximité et une magnifique terrasse sur le toit. L’hôtesse était présente au rendez-vous et très aimable. Le lit est confortable et il y avait des prises USB. Or, même si l’endroit a beaucoup de charme, il manque assurément d’entretien et de commodités modernes pour le prix… Par exemple, la climatisation et le réfrigérateur ne refroidissent pas assez, les ustensiles de cuisine manquent ou sont sales/désuets, le couvercle de la toilette est cassé, il y a 2 ampoules sur 3 grillées dans salle de bain et il y régnait une forte odeur d’humidité. Le rapport qualité/peux est donc fort discutable pour un tel produit. À noter: il s’agit d’un quartier très bruyant vu la proximité d’une artère passante et il faut monter les valises sur trois étages dans un escalier étroit, donc il faut être en forme pour y résider!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in sehr zentraler Lage mit einer schönen Dachterrasse; allerdings ist die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Sitzmöbeln eher sparsam, und der Waschmaschinenschrank sollte vom Schimmel befreit werden.

Excellente situation pour visiter Rome

L'appartement est très bien situé, la terrasse est un plus remarquable. Le lit double est confortable. En revanche, la plomberie est défaillante (robinet qui n'arrête pas de couler, chasse d'eau cassée...) et certaines plantes de la terrasse sont mortes de soif.

Skøn tagterrasse, men skæmmet af udtørrede planter og manglende vedligeholdelse. Dette gjorde sig også gældende i selve lejligheden. God seng. Manglende eller ituslået service blev hurtigt korrigeret af ejeren. Køleskabets fryser ikke afrimet i lang tid, det kunne knapt køle. Fin aircondition.
