Quiet apartment located a few steps from Campo de' Fiori, one of the most characteristic areas of Rome.

The studio flat is located on the first floor of an ancient building with an elegant entrance. The apartment is quiet and has a beautiful wooden ceiling, has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a table with chairs, a mezzanine double bedroom (it is necessary to climb a ladder to get to the bedroom and bathroom), a newly renovated bathroom with modern shower (possibility of colored light effects) and hairdryer.

Although located in a very central area of Rome, the house is very quiet as it has only one window facing inside.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free wi-fi internet connection, heating, hairdryer, TV, microwave, kettle, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, baby bed, towels and linen.

It is necessary to climb some stairs to reach the bedroom and the bathroom.



On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from the airport or Termini station to the apartment.

Tourist Tax 6.00€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.

For arrivals between 20.00 and 23.00 there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

For stays longer than 20 nights, the cost of electricity will be paid according to consumption at the price of €0.40 per kwh and gas at a cost of €1.20 m/cube. For stays longer than 20 nights, a deposit of €200.00 is required for utilities, to be paid in cash on arrival.

The incredible narrow streets around the house are full of typical restaurants and shops.

The apartment is 1 min walk from Campo de' Fiori, and in a few minutes you can reach Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Largo di Torre Argentina (with Roman ruins in the center of the square), Trevi Fountain, Fontana delle Tartarughe, Galleria Borghese (museum) and Trastevere. In 20 minutes on foot you can reach the Vatican, St. Peter's, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and many other important points. A few steps away, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, there are many buses to quickly reach the major points of interest in Rome.

To reach the house from Fiumicino airport it is possible to take the train to Trastevere railway station, then tram 8 (direction Piazza Venezia) and your stop is the second after the bridge over the river (Stop Arenula Cairoli), the house it's a 4 minute walk. At the same stop, there is also the H bus that arrives from Termini station (from Fiumicino it is also possible to arrive by bus to Termini).
