This lovely cottage is situated in the Derbyshire Dales close to the town of Ashbourne and is on the doorstep of the beautiful Carsington Water. Also in easy reach of the Tissington Trail giving you miles of off road walking or cycling. This cottage sleeps 4 guests and is a dog friendly holiday cottage sleeping up to 2 well behaved dogs (additional charge of £25.00 per dog). All cottages at our holiday village can make use of the indoor heated swimming pool and games room.

Bedroom 1 - super king or twin beds & TV, with en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 - king or twin beds.

The lounge area has a TV & DVD player and soft comfy seating for four guests.

Dining area with table and four chairs.

French doors opening onto a patio area with table and four chairs and over looks the children's play area.

The kitchen is well equipped for all your self catering needs and includes a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils.

Both bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space.

One hairdryer is provided.

The en suite has a shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, WC and wash basin.

A high chair is available upon request (without straps)

The rates include WIFI, heating, bed linen and two fresh towels per person per stay.

On site shared facilities include:

Indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor children's play area, games room with table tennis table. pool table and football table (1 x £1 coin required for pool and football table), large meadow with beautiful views across the valley and a laundry room (offering a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer). Bicycle rack and bicycle repair station.

Butterton cottage

This was a very special break for two people sharing a birthday we was disgusted fir the floor boards was that noisy everyone woke up in the middle of the night whom had to go to the toilet. There could be heating out in in main bathroom as smelt damp and cold such a shame we took two dogs and outside area could of done with fenced of areas. Such a shame as the whole place was a lovely place .
