Beautiful holiday Villa Cascata with pool is surrounded by beautiful, untouched green natur. Villa consists of two kitchens with living room,five bedrooms, three bathrooms and several terraces.
It is spread over three floors, connected by external stairs. In the basement is an authentic Dalmatian tavern for hang out. On the ground floor and first floor there are two separate residential units. In the garden by the pool there is a summer kitchen with barbecue.Living space area of the house is 256m2, the outdoor area is over 700m2.
The pool is seasonal and its size is 28m2.
The house is fully equiped, with various facilities , children's playground and playground for adults with badminton court and basketball hoop.On the plot is parking for three cars.
