A flat equipped with centralised air conditioning and heating, access to communal swimming pool and indoor parking space, also located just 10 minutes walk from the best beaches of Rota.
The flat has an open plan kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, coffee machine, juicer, kettle, toaster, crockery and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare the most spectacular dishes.
The kitchen bar leads to the living-dining room, equipped with TV and a small terrace with table and sofa where you can relax and have a drink with your family and friends.
And finally we come to the relaxation area: a bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with a bunk bed with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe where rest is guaranteed.
Finally, the flat has a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and bidet. Furthermore, you don't have to worry about towels and sheets when you come. The beds will be made up. In the flat you will also find iron for clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance).

🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. Pésima gestión

El apartamento es coqueto, está muy bien equipado y está relativamente cerca de la playa. Con un niño de 3 años y un bebé de 7 meses, podíamos ir andando a la playa. Lo cual es un gran punto. Pero desde la llegada todo fueron problemas: 1 - En la zona es muy difícil aparcar, y además, al ir con un niño pequeño y un bebé, para mi era necesario disponer de una plaza de garaje. Fue algo por lo que al final nos decidimos por esta reserva, pero al hacer el checking (y teniendo el coche aparcado a las 16.00 de la tarde, cargado y en un super cercano porque no había forma de encontrar aparcamiento) las llaves del garaje no estaban disponibles. La persona que hizo el checking de entrada la verdad que se buscó la vida y preguntó a un vecino si podía abrirnos, el vecino ya nos comunicó que sin problema, porque básicamente la puerta del garaje está averiada y está permantente abierta. 2 - Al hacer la reserva pedí cuna y trona, ya que se oferta en el anuncio, y yo iba con un bebe. Al hacer el checking no había ni cuna ni trona, y al preguntar al chico del checking, el no tenía ni idea de lo que le hablaba. Cuando formalicé la reserva, mandé dos emails insistiendo en que tuvieran cuna y trona disponible. Al final me costó, con el estrés de la llegada, una llamada a la oficina subida de tono porque claro, se escudaban en que "nunca te confirmamos en los correos que hubiera ni cuna ni trona" (toma ya!) Al final al día siguiente nos pusieron una cuna nueva, pero sin ropa de cama (menos mal que teníamos la nuestra) 3 - Los pases de piscina los extravió el anterior inquilino, y mientras la gestora arreglaba el problema, estuvimos 3 días de 6 sin poder bajar a la piscina, pidiendo favores al socorrista para que los niños al menos se pudieran bañar al llegar de la playa 4 - Esto ya es algo menor, pero la tostadora estaba rota. La verdad, un servicio muy pobre para un apartamento muy caro. No lo recomendaría a nadie
