Beautiful newly refurbished designer flat in the heart of La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With capacity for 2 people, broadband Internet Wifi 300 mbs and a large communal roof terrace, where you can telework and enjoy the sunset while watching the old town. This property is perfect for both holidays and business trips. This accommodation is NON-smoking.
With capacity for 2 people, with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and Wifi fibre internet. With a large communal roof terrace, which is accessed via a spiral staircase, full of magical corners where you can disconnect.
Located in an exceptional area, very close walking distance to the main points of interest of the city with all the services around like the Starbucks coffee shop and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven-microwave, fridge, coffee maker, bed linen, smart TV, shower towels, hairdryer, cot, high chair and fiber Wifi Internet. The roof terrace is communal for the 3 flats in the building, as well as the washing machine and dryer.
The flat is located on the first floor without lift.
Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
