Welcome to Garden View, Luxury Town House Self Catering. We offer a warm and comfortable stay for up to 5 guests in an excellent location for the NEC, B'ham Airport, International Train Station, JLR & Solihull.

Perfect for both business and social visitors, we offer a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, conservatory and 3 good sized bedrooms. The off street parking, excellent transport links, local amenities and experienced Superhost all add to the comfort of your stay.

Garden View is a spacious town house with high quality furnishings, large conservatory, lovely garden for relaxing in and off street parking for 3 cars (medium sized).

It is fresh, modern and well looked after. With great access to local amenities, many local restaurants and only a few minutes form the main transport links, Garden View is a great option for both social and business customers.

We provide clean towels, fresh bed linen, hair dryers in each bedroom, shampoo, shower gel, superfast wifi, cable tv, washing machine, ironing board , fully equipped kitchen.

Please help yourselves to the essential kitchen supplies that we leave to help you with your stay including milk, tea, coffee and chocolate biscuits.

Downstairs :

Entering through a wooden floored hallway you will have access to a modern and clean Kitchen, Dining Room, Lounge, conservatory and utility room.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you may need including double oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dish washer. We also provide good selection of kitchen essentials including tea, coffee and milk.

The lounge is a lovely relaxing space with comfortable sofa, arm chair, oak side tables and Flat screen Tv.

The dining room has a large table and looks out to the garden.

The utility room has a washing machine and large freezer.

The conservatory is full width of the house and overlooks the garden. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the garden view.

Outside space:

Large garden with patio, decking and grassed areas. All well kept.

Upstairs :

There are 3 bedrooms which have plenty of space, fresh bed linen, hair dryers and good storage space with wardrobes and draws.

The bathroom is large, modern and clean with double shower, bath and vanity cupboards. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are all provided.
