Welcome to Meadow View, Luxury Town House Self Catering. We offer a warm and comfortable stay for up to 5 guests in an excellent location for the NEC, B'ham Airport, International Train Station, JLR & Solihull.

Perfect for both business and social visitors, we offer a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room and 3 bedrooms. The off street parking, excellent transport links, local amenities and experienced host all add to the comfort of your stay.

Meadow View is a stunning town house with high quality furnishings, lovely garden for relaxing in and off street parking for 2 cars (medium sized).

It is fresh, modern and well looked after. With great access to local amenities, many local restaurants and only a few minutes form the main transport links, Meadow View is a great option for both social and business customers.

We provide clean towels, fresh bed linen, hair dryers in each bedroom, shampoo, shower gel, superfast wifi, washing machine, ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen.

Please help yourselves to the essential kitchen supplies that we leave to help you with your stay including milk, tea, coffee and chocolate biscuits.

Downstairs :

Entering through a wooden floored hallway you will have access to a modern and clean Kitchen, Dining Area and Lounge.

The kitchen is well equipped and provides double oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine.

The dining room has an oak table and looks out to the garden.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa, arm chair, oak coffee table and Smart 43inch Tv.

Outside space:
Perfectly kept garden, overlooking school playing field.

Upstairs :

There are 3 bedrooms which have plenty of space, fresh bed linen and good storage space with wardrobes and draws.

Beautiful property

Me and my son chose this property to quarantine in during our trip in from America. The property was absolutely lovely. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The garden was the perfect place for morning coffee and our dinners. We opened the French doors at night for a nice breeze! The home is much larger than the pictures make it seem and the office was a perfect addition to get some work done in the evenings. It’s very close to the local shops and lots of places delivered! The added bonus of the dishwasher gave me some comforts I was used to at home! If you plan to stay longer than a few days bring a few dishwasher or laundry pods as she does supply some, but not enough for our week long stay (which was okay. A quick asda delivery sorted that out and she did provide enough for a long weekend trip!) Sarah was accommodating and very easy to talk to. She left a nice binder with local amenities and restaurants which was great for someone not at all familiar with the town. I can’t recommend Sarah’s house enough. It was the perfect property. Hell, if it were for sale I’d buy it in a heartbeat Bc it was that perfect!
