About this property

Come and enjoy this newly remodeled private home! It is clean, bright and centrally located with easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops.

The house has a very large screened in outdoor living are that is the perfect place to relax. There is also ample seating on the Lanai including a dining table for 6 where you can enjoy dinner poolside. A new addition is a Weber propane BBQ grill for cooking on the patio. There is also a covered outdoor sitting area. The jacuzzi is non functional and pool is non heated. Pool amenities include several noodles, beach towels and 2 lounge chairs so you can work on your tan. Also included 2 beach chairs and beach cart with umbrella to take to the beach .

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you should need. The dishware and equipment in the kitchen is new and includes a coffee maker, blender, toaster and juice squeezer.
The mattresses in the home are high quality and are new as well.. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a brand new Samsung TV and plenty of closet and storage space. The second bedroom has 2 twin Xl beds and room to accommodate a queen size Aero inflatable bed (included) if needed. It too has ample closet and dresser space.
The living room has a new, very comfortable, oversized couch, and a new 55 inch Samsung smart TV. It is the perfect area to unwind and catch up on your favorite TV shows.
The laundry room is equipped with a new washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.
This house has high speed (100 GB) wireless internet so you can stream your favorite shows or surf the web while lounging poolside.
This is a non-smoking house and parties/events are not permitted.

Great house

Great property. The neighborhood was quiet (please be warned cars do go quite fast on the road if you plan on walking your dog, however we were able to take daily walks without a problem). The property itself was clean and great for our family vacation. We would gladly go back.

A nice little house with a pool

Comfortable bed, nice and well stocked kitchen with a even better pool. Too bad the hot tub isn't working for the cooler florida nights.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely stay - perfect for two adults and a dog! Pool was great, fenced in yard was great for the dog - quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and downtown.

Great stay

The home and pool were great. The air conditioning seemed to not keep up during the day but that was the only issue and it did well morning and night.
