We had a fabulous stay! Close to many beaches and restaurants. The pool was great, larger than we expected. Even though it’s screened in, we did get ate up by mosquitoes. Plenty of places to sleep, master room bed was comfortable. The other beds could use updating, noisy, and uncomfortable. Having two refrigerators was nice bc we had a lot of mouths to feed. May seem like a strange thing to say, but the water pressure in the showers was the best! We appreciate strong showers. All in all, it was all good and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation home for travelers of all ages.

Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. The location was perfect - close to many great beaches. The pool was a fabulous refuge after a day in the sun. The house was so clean and comfortable it felt like we were staying with family. Ryan was so easy to reach with any questions we had. Definitely a place we would return to!

We had a great stay at Ryan & Lee's place. My girlfriend, dog, and I came up from Fort Myers and mother/step dad came down from Maryland. We visited Manasota Key Beach, Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach, and Siesta Key while we were there and also perused Historic Downtown Venice. The property was neat and clean and the owner was very responsive to messages. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and most of your needs (grocery store, restaurants, etc) were all within a 10 minute drive. We would certainly stay again!

The pool and yard were beautiful. The house is older but everything we needed was provided. FYI, water is well water so it has an egg smell.
