About this property

Oak Tree Cottage situated in the peaceful countryside village of Little Snoring

A delightful place to enjoy a relaxing break in the North Norfolk country side. Oak Tree Cottage is situated in the peaceful countryside village of Little Snoring with the spectacular North Norfolk coastline nearby.
Explore the old fishing towns and beaches of Wells next the Sea, Sheringham and Cromer. The quaint coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley, with bird reserves and boat trips to the seal colonies. Visit the market towns of Holt and Fakenham, or the stately houses and parkland of Holkham, Blickling and Felbrigg, all a short drive away through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
Locally, there are country walks, a small amenity store, post office and a pub serving food.
Oak Tree Cottage offers spacious accommodation with WIFI and benefits from under floor heating throughout downstairs plus two cosy wood burning stoves, and radiators upstairs. A large well maintained garden to the rear with mature flower beds, a vegetable garden, patios, arbour and water feature all to be enjoyed. The garden is fully enclosed so your children and dogs can play safely outside.

To the front of the house there is an ornamented gravel area with seating and driveway parking for one car to one side. A secure space beyond the locked double gates is available for a small boat trailer or bicycles. Additional kerbside parking is available in front of the house.

The front door opens into the hallway with access off to the snug and lounge areas. The snug is a place to spend quiet time, reading or listening to music in front of the wood burning stove.
There is a spacious lounge where the whole family can sit watching TV or simply enjoy the relaxing flames from a large wood burning stove. From here you can access the well equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet and shower room.

There is a large conservatory to the rear which overlooks the garden and also enjoys the comfort of under floor heating. An area to be used all year round, with double doors leading off to both the snug, lounge and garden areas. A place where you can watch the birds and wildlife that frequent the garden whilst relaxing or dining in comfort.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both with king sized beds and views overlooking the garden. The single bedroom has views to the front garden. A family bathroom with bath and shower over is situated at the top of the stairs.

Easter break 2024
Stunning property with everything you need. Very peaceful location with ample space for either family meals, games etc or the perfect space to chill out and relax. Garden and conservatory beautiful. Beds very comfortable and the whole place spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate to book again or recommend to others.

Oak Tree Cottage
AMAZING stay the garden is absolutely gorgeous with seating areas all around to follow the sun. There are three sitting areas in the house to enable you to sit in a quiet area to read a book. The neighbours appeared friendly and no noise can be heard either in the garden or outside noise in the cottage. The bedrooms are a good size even the single bedroom. There is only one wardrobe in the single room ut drawers are available in the double bedroom. There was lot of flies so sugest that the coservatory doors are not left open when in the garden. The cottage is in an ideal spot to explore areas of Norfolk. We have just returned from our stay and have booked again next year.
